My phone died & went over to the store & Desiree was SUCH a huge help! Such a kind sweet person that really cared about helping me & set me up right away! Her level of customer service was impeccable & will definitely come back to this location if I need anything.

The person who assisted me took photos of the iPad with which I was doing the process and did not complete the transfer of my phone number, it took longer than normal, it is not safe :(

This has been the best cell provider customer service I have ever had. Not only did DJ let us come in as they were closing the store, but he also spent more than 2 hours getting our family of 4 set up. He was knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and accommodating. Thank you DJ for making our decision to switch back to Verizon so easy!

Desiree was so welcoming and kind! Very knowledgeable and considerate on what my needs was. She made sure to make sure I knew every step we was taking for I wouldn’t be overwhelmed. A phone is like being part of the family and it’s never an easy decision but she made it pain free!! Definitely need a promotion her way. Never met a like her. Treated us like family and not a commission.

We have here been here more than 7 hrs today to trade in devices and change an Apple ID setup. 7 hours! Leaving, the new phone does not work with the charger in my car. So after no discounts, gift cards or apologies, he charges me for the new charger. Thanks!

Jelly went the above and beyond in assisting with our family's complex needs—she exceeded all expectations in helping coordinate the purchase, delivery, and activation of multiple phones spanning 4 states. She was friendly, patient, and committed to solving any issues that arose, despite any inconvenience to her. After having negative experiences with other Verizon store employees in the past, I am much more willing to work with a Verizon retailer and especially Cellular Sales after an overwhelmingly positive experience with Jelly!

Jelly was absolutely fantastic! She was patient and attentive, and she even took the time to help me remotely via FaceTime with my difficult situation. She gave the best customer service I’ve ever had, and that is not an exaggeration! She went above and beyond for us. Thank you Jelly for all of your help.

Desra Dodds is simply the best providing customer service. From the moment I walked into the store she was attentive and spent a significant amount of time until all my telecommunications services were covered with the best plan available.Again best service, fantastic client satisfaction

Christian provided the worst service, all I wanted to do was to see the options to upgrade my phone in store. I made a big mistake by telling him that we own a small business. He lied to me the trade in value of my phone was $830 with business account instead of $730 and I can save $10 each line. So I switched, it was soooooooo much trouble and they charged my credit card but couldn’t verify the business documents we submitted. On top of that, trade in for my phone was $415 instead $830 like he promised. I had to go through all the headaches to get my lines back to how they were but got charged more money than before! Do not listen to Christian! He was incompetent!

Desiree gave us amazing service here at the woodlands mall! So nice and have great information, I left walking away with my pretty pink iPhone 15 that I LOVE!! Definitely would recommend going to her for all your cellular service needs :)
