My phone died & went over to the store & Desiree was SUCH a huge help! Such a kind sweet person that really cared about helping me & set me up right away! Her level of customer service was impeccable & will definitely come back to this location if I need anything.

This has been the best cell provider customer service I have ever had. Not only did DJ let us come in as they were closing the store, but he also spent more than 2 hours getting our family of 4 set up. He was knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and accommodating.
