Terrible service, self serve areas aren't stocked with mailers, it's a mess, and clerks are rude and ignorant.

Finally a post office that has it going on. Mr. Bill thank you!! He actually came out after hours to help us and took our mail orders. Over 150 EarthDye orders. The tub was full on the other side of the wall. Any other post office would not have given you the time of day once they close. He could hear us struggling and helped. Wow! Makes me want to move to Tomball! Inside is very nice as well as parking. Lobby was cooler than most. Thanks again Mr Bill!

This office is a mess! It’s old, outdated, dirty, unkept, and HOT. It looks as if it belongs in the ghetto. Not to mention it takes entirely too long to be served when you have to go the side door window; then once you’re helped it’s usually accompanied with an attitude.

Mickie assisted us with our passports. She was amazing!!!!! Very nice, friendly and helpful. Worth the drive but don’t forget copies of ID front and back and birth certificate.

I recently had the pleasure of using the USPS passport services at 122 Holderrieth, and I can confidently say it was the best experience I've had for obtaining a passport. Having visited other locations in the past and encountering numerous issues, this particular location stood out for its exceptional service.
The staff member who assisted me (I regret not remembering his name due to my poor memory) was outstanding. He was incredibly efficient, and I was in and out much faster than I anticipated. Beyond his speed, his friendly and courteous demeanor made the entire process smooth and stress-free. It was a refreshing change from the frustrating experiences I've had at other locations.
The level of customer service at 122 Holderrieth is top-notch. I will undoubtedly return to this location for any future passport renewals and highly recommend it to others. If you're looking for a hassle-free and pleasant passport application process, this is the place to go.

Looks like people leave a negative review for this post office if they have any issues with the whole of the USPS. All I can say is every time I use this post office the staff are friendly and helpful and if I have to wait or queue there's always an apology and a smile.

It took a few visits to a few locations but this morning I was able to walk-in & submit my application for a passport with no issues. Whole process took 5 minutes, this location was much more helpful then others in the area. Thank you!

To add to my other comment talking about the horrible service in the section where you purchase envelopes. Full of rude employees who are mean and sarcastic for no reason. Absolutely disgusting.
