I use this location primarily for Amazon returns. Been no issue for 4 years until recently one new young employee says all Amazon returns must be packed myself so the label can be affixed to it.The QR code specifically says no box no label. Please update your employees that not all QR codes say "customer packed".

This is probably the worst ups store I’ve been to. The staff is fine enough but not overly helpful. My biggest issue is their hours. They just randomly change their hours and tape a sign on the door. Don’t recommend bothering here unless you call first. The Creekside location is great! Much better hours, they’re faster and friendlier, and their hours are always correct.

This place has the best customer service I have ever seen in my life! The employees explained to me how things worked and were extremely patient. I was very amazed by the level of customer service given!

Went to this location in tomball to get something notarized for my elderly grandmother. The young man who helped us was very patient, and friendly. I wish I got his name, it’s not too often we find young people that are professional like that. I use this place quiet often to ship and print off documents for our business. Never had any kind of issues, always great service!

Excellent service. The power was out and the Taco Bell across the street was literally on fire and they still got me my package in a timely manor. Great staff.

I've been in this store every single day for several years, dropping orders from my web store. Everybody is cool, and even if they are really busy they seem to be able to get everyone taken care of really fast.

There 5 stars are strictly for the representative who helped me today, AMBRE H! I had a load of Amazon returns and she processed them seamlessly. I had one that was too large for me to bring inside and she came out out my truck and helped me load it while her colleague took care of the other customers inside the store. She exhibited true customer service today and I appreciate it! In times like these when we have a labor shortage and existing explorers are overworked, it's always a pleasure when you get the opportunity to engage with someone that does their job proudly, and with a smile! Thanks AMBRE!

Went in after dealing with an issue being told the wrong information and Anna was extremely rude. First of all she approached with an attitude from the get go. 2nd when asking her a general question verifying if what I was told the day before was correct all she could do was bat her eyes at me and very snotty say all I need is the persons last name. First of all as a customer that has been dealing with back and forth with UPS I asked a particular question to verify if the information was correct, in which she didn’t answer all I got was “what’s the last name” as she stared at me with a blank stare. I then looked at her right back with the same look. At this point the girl who appeared to be African American looked over at us. She then said packages are here between 11-2 and I said ok that’s not what they told me they told me it would be here after 5:30 yesterday and I could pick it up. She then was quiet and said nothing with my paper in her hand. She was extremely rude and her customer service is below standard of any UPS store I have ever dealt with. She acted as if she didn’t even want to be at work today. I called back to get her name and found out her name was Anna. Well Anna you really should learn to treat people, let them ask the questions they want and not dismiss them as you did me. She really could use a customer service refresher course! If she didn’t want to come to work today she should have stayed home along with her Karen type attitude. It’s unfortunate I have to come here to get my package because I would prefer not to see ANNA again

THIEVESMy mother paid $18.16 to ship me a package with $300 worth of contents. Ups scanned the package saying delivered on February 6 in North Carolina. The package however was not delivered. My mother checked the delivery information to see if a picture was taken of drop off. No picture had been added, so my mom filed a complaint with the UPS in Houston that the package was not delivered. Ups did an investigation and FOUND the package two weeks later and said it would be delivered in a few days. A week went by and the package had not been delivered. My mom called UPS and they said that the claim had been closed by the Kernersville, NC store because they said my mom told them the package had been delivered, which was a total lie. My mother tried to open another complaint, but was unsuccessful since they had closed out of it. Ups basically gave up on giving me my package and told my mom they could only refund her $100 for the insurance coverage and $12 for shipping?!? No, I don’t want a refund I want my package that your employees stole from me.
