A guy with long hair and glasses He lied to me for three days, first that my phone was already repaired, then he had a problem with the software and in the end he called me to come get it and it was the same as I left it with the broken screen, there was no sign that he had removed the screen. I did not get angry, I respect you but it is so difficult to speak the truth.

Not, mine but my brothers. Guys were quick fast and friendly. Took a little over an hour, to fix his cracked and damaged screen. Brother is very happy with the work they performed. I would recommend going there, plus they reach out and confirm. Good customer service ??

The store opened at 10:00 and we tried calling from 10:30 to 11:00, with no answer. I decided to take my chances and just drove there because it's an hour away from our house. I got there at 12:55 and there was a sign on the door that said that they would be out to lunch until 2:00. They finally got back around 1:50 and took my phone at which time Taylo told me that there was no way that he could complete the 2 hour job by the time that they closed by 7:00. After we discussed everything he decided that he might be able to get it taken care of, but that it wasn't going to be ready until after 6:30. He did in fact have my phone completed by 6:45, but when I got it home I realized that they didn't replace the stylus back in my phone... Taylo was extremely nice and had good customer service skills.

Marcos got my phone fixed in less than 2 hours. Great customer service. Definitely recommend.Update: broke my screen again and this time Taylor took care of it. And again, great customer service. Definitely recommend this store.

Was told I would be called by the manager 3 days ago. Never got a call, so here is my review.Employees are nice. Scheduled appointment using website. Drove out there from Todd Mission. Arrived and they did not have the parts, and they wouldn't have them for another 2 weeks. Should have received a call from the location telling me that they didn't have the parts instead of making me drive 45 minutes. Especially when the website asks you exactly what phone you have and what service you are requesting. The system itself should know the inventory, and if it doesn't it should prompt the store to call the customer so they don't waste their time.Overall extremely poor experience.
