This was my first time there, to get my niece a haircut. Anita did an awesome job cutting and styling her hair. She went beyond my expectations. I will definitely be going back. They are all so friendly and welcoming.

Trendsetter’s has some wonderful stylists. Brittany is amazing with color! I’m a natural brunette who is now platinum blonde due to Brittany’s skill. It looks so natural that even my cousin asked me if I had always been blonde.

Very accessible for people with disabilities. As someone who uses a power chair and is connected to multiple machines, the staff is very helpful, accommodating, and very sweet. Not all hair salons are handicapped friendly but this one is. Also this hair salon has very good experience with curly hair which is also great.

They gave my daughter a very uneven haircut and I had put on the foundation and I loved it, but I didn't like my daughter's hair at all, I won't take her there again.

Had my hair done by Brittany whom I've been seeing for 8+ years. She is amazing. Always listens to what I want and tweaks it to what would work best for my hair type. She's honest, efficient and makes me feel beautiful every single time. I highly recommend Brittany!!Services: Shampoo & conditioning

I usually go to Visible Changes but wanted to try to find a more affordable place. An ex coworker of mine goes to Trendsetters and I loved her hair color so I went in for a quote. The lady told me it'd be/start at about $89 and could go up. No appts avail for like a week :/ Waited that time frame. Went in, EXPLAINED, what I was wanting (vs asking for a certain thing-same thing I did at the quote). While doing my hair, she asked how much I normally paid at VC (I, KNEW, I shouldn't had said :/). She made a comment about how easy and simple my hair job was and that I was lucky (this matters bc of the cost increase at the end). Fast fwd...she blow dried my hair w heat (when I asked her not to-does, irreversible, damage), my hair came out dif/splotched colors, brassy and when I, timidly, tried to ask her about it, her whole demeanor changed. She got all irritated, short w me and said it was my fault bc I didn't ask for it right (I, explained, didn't label or ask for a certain name of thing so...). I go to check out, total was now $120 (plus I still tipped). After, I talked about it w the owner (you know; when they ask you how it went) and she seemed to agree that my hair looked bad. She gave me a free shampoo and told me to, call for an appt to come back and she'd "take care of me". Came back (had to take off of work early and didn't have time to even eat) and as the, dif stylist, was mixing my product, I thought to go confirm there was not going to be a charge for this. She said, "we'd see" and then I was told I was going to be charged the, full, regular, color correction fee! What!?! I know women that wouldn't had even PAID after not being happy at the end of that 1st appt but I paid MORE than I was expecting, plus a tip, and I'm expected to pay, AGAIN, to correct a bad job HER employee did?? After my expression and saying I was going to leave; she (the owner) said she'd just pay for it for me. No way. Too uncomfortable and I'd still be expected/feel like I owed a tip to the new girl. Paying, even more. Forget that. Sucks and it's a costly, unfortunate, experience for this single Mom that was trying to treat herself ? Just going to stick w VC; where I don't have to wait a week, have ppl rude to me, surprise upsells. Plus, I get results I love, EVERY.TIME.

Worst haircut I ever had hair stylist Carrie stereotyped me as a old lady, kept calling me ma'am instead by my name. Gave me a much shorter haircut than what I showed her in a hair styling picture. Never come back to this place I will never come back to trendsetters againServices: Haircut
