If I could give this shop 10 stars I would!! I have always gone to my dealership to get my oil changes, but their services are alway horrible and they always want to find a way to upsell you on a service that is unnecessary. When my grandfather recommended Toy Tech Auto Care I scheduled my oil change with them! If I would have known that TTAC was right around the corner from my house I would have gone sooner!! Love the Vibe, love the staff they are always amazing!!

I recently went to Toy Tech Car Care for a state inspection, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. Everyone was extremely friendly and professional from start to finish. The process was quick and efficient, but what really stood out was the warm atmosphere. The owner personally greeted me, and by the time I left, I felt like I had made a new friend. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for quality service with a personal touch!

Jack and the techs took great care to ensure our AC repair, that we began at home and did not have the proper resources to finish, was buttoned up perfectly. I was greeted at the front counter by Jack, the owner himself. You can not find this type of relationship building anymore. It is simply amazing and knowledgeable. Questions and concerns covered from A-Z throughout the entire process. They use a platform to interact and update customers in real time. As the tech found underlying issues that we were yet to discover, updates were sent immediately to my phone to review and approve. Prices were fair, and the work was done quickly. This is a great shop to have your AC repairs performed at! Highly recommend.

I was told by a business that mostly changed oil that I had a leak. The price seemed high. I asked about a recommendation from friends who were faithful ToyTech customers. I went there for a “second” opinion about the “dire” condition of my auto. ToyTech took 45” of their time to review the area and explained there was no hurry. No charge! Who does that anymore?!
I saw I needed routine maintenance , so I returned to give them my $ because I trusted them.
What more can I say. Cars break.
I shall be going back.

My AC went out in my truck and Toy Tech was able to diagnose the problem, repair the problem and was able to pick up within two days. Awesome customer service and repair time!

I live in San Antonio, but I used to live in Houston four years ago. The reason I’m writing this review is because of the experience I recently had with a shop here in San Antonio. To make a long story short, my recent experience made me truly appreciate my experiences with Jack and Toy Tech. Toy Tech is one of only two shops in Houston I had complete confidence in diagnosis and repair. An honest shop is rare these days, and my recent debacle here in San Antonio proved that to me.
