Clean cold and not to crowded on a Sunday afternoon. Quarters next door . Taco place at the end of the strip is good also
Update 6/30/24 went to wash close where to Texaco to get $10 a quarter's use a $4 machine and was shorted .75¢ the lady came from Texaco to tell me maybe I put more quarters in the machine instead of $4 anyways count your quarters when you get them inside Texaco.

Made me wait outside while there was only one other customer in the store.. there were no complaints other than the rude woman that works there.
Honestly horrible customer service.

I used to go here every week to do laundry, thought it was clean and the lady inside was nice. After going for so long, I started noticing the little old lady inside was micromanaging everyone’s laundry. I watched her be very rude to many people and then started experiencing it myself soon after. Very first thing, she moved my clothes out of the dryer, said I was wrong for adding the extra quarters to make the dryer run longer. Accused me of trying to break the dryer, I added 2 extra quarters (10 extra minutes) in my one dryer, and she removed my clothes when there was 8 minutes left on the timer. When I argued that the last time I was here, my clothes were still damp, she said she didn’t care. I thought I would never go back after that, but just the other day my family had about 4 baskets full of laundry that needed to be washed. I divided it into a total of 9 of the white, top load, washers. Not only did she open the lids several times looking at my clothes as they were washing, as she did to other peoples as well, but after my clothes finished washing and as I was putting them into the dryers, she came to me stating I had too many clothes in the washer at a time. I was very confused because that was not possible at all. I had 4 baskets, divided into a total of 9 washers. None of them were “full” and I divide them specifically so my clothes get CLEAN. It felt like she was targeting me after that and she even made a comment to my husband that same day about “you’re not going to fold them before you take them home?” And he told her no, he’d rather do it at home than be told how to fold clothes next.
There’s roaches running around on the floor, the lady next door in Texaco always has a bad attitude, and the old lady in the laundry mat needs to mind her business because she’s running business off. Having love and care for your business is one thing, it shouldn’t involve being rude to people and over stepping boundaries.

There are only two washaterias in Tomball. We went to the other one due to their awesome reviews. It was filthy. So we came to this one. Super clean and the lady that works their was very nice. She told us they own the store next door and you have to use their restroom and get your quarters.

Lady is so rude!! I suspected the price was a little high and after trying a different laundry mat, I was correct!! I saved about $5 for the same amount of laundry and what do you know, I found a place with a nice person running it and a bathroom with a working sink. I will not return. You can't even wash your hands. The Texaco next door has the bathroom and when their sink is out, there is no way to wash your hands. The lady at the Texaco is also very rude!! I don't mind people being indifferent but these people are downright nasty!

Hello everyone, is not easy to run a business, specially when you have costumers Don’t bother to read the sign. AC has been fix one month ago. Some customers pretend to dry clothes and blankets with 15 or 20 min and over load the dryers. Ask for Liz & will help.

I will never go there ever again I didn't even dry my clothes after they was finished washing I put my clothes in the basket and left went somewhere else to dry my laundry the lady that was there that was working there she hovers over you like she's your mother. I asked another person who was there if she was like that all the time . He said he already had to get rude with her to stop doing him like that. I rather just go somewhere else. You could actually fell her breathing on your neck to me that is just rude and creepy.

This place is Dirty and hot. Can you imagine the bacteria that's growing in those machines since owner will not turn on Air conditioning! This is crazy. I almost passed out from the heat.
