The owner is a rude, aggressive, grumpy old POS. He doesn’t hesitate to get real emotional and start threatening and giving ultimatums because you’ve irritated him/her slightly. He whines about the gate not being closed after every time you pass through, but hasn’t put in an automated gate. He has no customer service skill or patience. I made sure to move out before writing this review because I do t know what the petty repricussions might be. I’d not recommend this place to anyone, friend or foe

This is the worst storage unit we’ve ever had business with.We went to get our things out of the unit called the # listed and asked for the lock code on gate gave us 2 codes to use neither worked. (Waisted our gas and time) and that wasn’t for first time we called in advance and was given the wrong lock code!So I guess they randomly change the locks on the gates but don’t bother to send out an email and let anyone know. It would help if they had someone to call after hours god forbid!

Very very rude. This man is absolutely ridiculous. I was calling to get a unit and he was so rude I just hung up! I don't recommend this trash place of a storage to anyone.

I moved my belongings into this unit on June 1st, June 3rd my unit was broken into. They did not even bother to call me, I found a tag on my unit to call them, I did so and they told me what had happened about being broken into. I contacted the police department and filed a report. Please don't rely on the "video" surveillance for reassurance that your belongings will be safe, Mr. McBride was unable to provide any to the detectives in my case. As he stated, they are only pointed at the dumpster. I explained that I did not feel my stuff was safe and that I will be moving immediately. Mr McBride stated that he understands and it would not be a problem. I had everything removed within 2 days following the break in. I attempted to contact them SEVERAL times . I had left messages and had even gone there several times to make sure he know my unit was empty, he's never at the office. They still haven't returned any calls, and they are still attempting to bill me for storage after my unit was empty. As a month to month term, he is violating his own contract as well. Contact Tomball PD for verification of reports. Apparently this happens here quite frequently. Bad business practices.
