I used to my Truck here and I moved in the first week of the month and i was told by New Manager (Ciana Roberts) that I’ll get my Refund. I Emailed her so many times about my refund and only 1-2 times get a response that will send a check it’s been 2months. Very unprofessional. Got very disappointed i was the 1st customer who started parking 18 wheelers there I Refer 2 more of my friends there for parking and this is what i get

Once the office management had found that I am a disabled Veteran in no time I was given a apologetic discount ,for my service to my country ,because they had not noticed. Tell you the truth this is the only storage place that cares about your things and always make it a point to see how I am to. They are the class in class act, thank you Tomball Grand Storage
