I was disappointed with my experience calling Tomball Ford’s service department today. The service advisor I spoke with, Destiny, was unprofessional and dismissive, which was frustrating when I was simply trying to get help with a vehicle issue. I expect better communication and customer service from a dealership of this size.

We finally drove home in our dream Bronco, and we couldn’t be happier — thanks to Sebastian, Zavien, and Kirk!
Sebastian was amazing from the start, taking us on our initial test drive with patience, knowledge, and genuine excitement. Zavien then took over and was incredible — guiding us through pricing and negotiations with expertise, care, and an unwavering commitment to making sure we got exactly what we wanted. He turned what could have been a stressful process into a smooth, confident experience, and we genuinely felt he had our back every step of the way.
Things got rocky when a manufacturer issue forced us to speak with Francisco, a sales manager, who tried to renegotiate terms after the purchase and was dismissive, showing not one ounce of customer service — it was stressful enough that we were ready to escalate to Ford and the Attorney General.
But Zavien and Kirk turned it all around. They stayed committed, followed through on everything they promised, and made sure we ended up with exactly what we wanted.
Kirk’s integrity and Zavien’s dedication transformed a frustrating situation into one where we couldn’t wait to leave a 5-star review. If you buy from Tomball Ford, ask for Sebastian and Zavien — they’ll take care of you. And if you need to speak with management, steer clear of Francisco and go straight to Kirk.

Beware ,Went in to buy truck for internet listing price,myself and the salesman had signed agreement supposedly okayed by management,went into financing everything was changed.in my opinion not trustworthy.

I don’t care if i get the deal i am looking at for my first brand new car after 12 years ,
but after meeting 3-4 different salesman across houston area . Grace was the one who was empathetic and understanding throughout our meeting. Never have i ever heard a negative tone from her in the 1 hour meet that we had . It was always “ let me see what i can do for you . She is a keeper .
