We had a good experience for purchasing our vehicle here, sadly this is where it ends! We had to bring the car back because they put the back decal on the front with double sided tape and it flew off driving down the road. We were told we'd get points for oil changes but the 1st oil change was never given that option. To today 9/16/2024,1.5 years after buying the car we have always brought it to Ford, and gotten the highest grade oil. But do to the fact that we used points it seems as though they decided to put the lowest grade 5,000 mile oil in with no communication!! When we called the gentleman told us we have to tell them what we want(it is on the sticker in the windshield, plus their computer system what we get) and that it is what it is! When I asked to speak to a manager he tried to give the run around of so and so is sick, another manager isn't there yet(it's almost noon!). Called from my other phone got sent to a woman's voicemail and now we wait! I am not at all happy!!!

Jana Baker and her team were very helpful. I usually research vehicles thoroughly prior to settling on a model, but I was not afforded that process this time. Jana was very patient and showed me several new and pre-owned F150's. I settled on a new F150 XLT. The financing process was also fast taking less than an hour to complete. Overall 5 of 5 stars.
