“I flew into DFW for a week and rented a car but decided to come to Houston to see my friend who just had surgery. As I pulled out of her apartment complex I heard my front tire going flat. Luckily I was in the same parking lot as NTB and raced in panicking. I tried to explain to Audri as calmly as possible that I was headed to catch a flight in 6 hours but I know that I looked crazed. She was so calm and helpful and patient and swiftly got me in the back. I was sure that I was going to need a new tire but thankfully they patched it up and got me on my way. I am beyond grateful for the people here for being so kind, understanding and efficient. Thank you thank you thank you!”

To the gentlemen who tried to sell me on the wiper blades, let me clarify: I know I need 'em and I do appreciate the offer to price match other auto accessory retailers, but more so than the money, it's really about personal responsibility for me;
No disrespect to y'all -- it's a rough time we live in economically, every person and every company fighting to survive -- but, once upon a time, back before the auto industry was all about getting people back to the dealership (cutting out mid-level services like yourself), consumers were encouraged to learn their own vehicles and do as much of their own maintenance as possible (or at least know how to troubleshoot).
So, when I look at basics like wiper blades, bulb replacement, and oil changes, if I'm not willing to put the time and effort into those things myself, then I have no business owning this vehicle.
That said, there are numerous Discount locations that would have been a shorter drive for me today, all providing the same service. Y'all won my business (specifically Dalton) because of honesty and not being pushy with the sales last time I was in the area; and, to me, that's worth more than the cost of service itself in terms of customer loyalty.

“The manager was very nice. I explained to him my situation of traveling from Arkansas to Texas. He was able to get me back up and running within an hour and a half. He was really good explaining everything and telling me anything special that I needed to have replaced. The store was very clean and I really enjoyed the atmosphere. This is a great place to take your car and have it taken care of.”

“These guys are great! My daughter pulled into a parking lot with a flat tire yesterday. I called Tirelink for her, who was in adjacent parking lot, and they sent one of their guys over to help put her spare on. Both tires on the front of her car needed to be replaced. They had her tires in stock and at a great price(half the price of another tire store that is in that same shopping center). This is not my first experience with Tirelink. These guys always offer great customer service and great prices on tires.”
