Ordered some wheels and tires online that were supposedly road force balanced but they were shaking so bad. Took it here, i was greeted by Dustin and taken care of swiftly. The staff in the back outside was very nice too, and very competent and respectful. Great team working there and they took good care of my truck and were super careful with my new wheels. They managed to balance out my wheels perfectly and get me back on the road quickly. Thanks so much guys!! ??

Let me first say I only leave reviews if the service was extremely poor or exceptionally well. I went to a competitor initially before I went to tire and wheel connection. They tried to convince me I needed to buy a lower rated tire than I went in for (because that's what they had in stock). I left and I'm glad I did. When I walked in Chad greeted me and listened to what I wanted. He began to educate me and asked a series of questions then gave me options. He rated the tires and told me the benefits of the 2 tires I narrowed it down to. It's very hard to find someone that listens and seems to really care. Tires were bought and are a night and day difference from what I previously had. Needless to say I am extremely satisfied in the tires and even more satisfied with the customer service Chad gave. I Higley recommend giving him a visit the next time you need tires. Thanks Chad!

Dustin is always spot on!
Ordered my tires and got them in the next morning, After being told by a competitor that they no longer made my tires and they had something similar to them. I knew that was not the issue.

This is a locally owned tire shop that supports the community. Not only do they have competitive pricing, but the service is beyond amazing. I had a leveling kit and new tires installed, both Chad and Andy were incredibly helpful and gave great advice! Doing business with these guys is just like hitting the easy button. I could not understand why you would do business with a chain, when you have a fantastic locally owned business like Tire & Wheel Connection.
