Everyone I have been in contact with has has had the best attitude, which is very motivating for us in rehab. The facility is always clean and appears to be well maintained. I understand that it's not just for rehab. You can join just like any other gym monthly membership. They have a large variety of gym equipment, a indoor walking/jogging path as well as a indoor pool.

I have only been to one PT appointment so far but was impressed. Gave me great advice and plan for moving forward. Have water PT starting soon. I also joined the gym there, impressive machines setup and not very crowded any of the times. I joined for the pool however and wish that there was more availability (closed for Pt and swim meets/lessons) but I knew what I was getting into with the schedule. Giving only 4 stars just because it could use some refresh - mostly around the pool area.

This place is NOT in business to help people. They turn people in pain away. They don't accept certain insurance so they are selective on who they help. In a time where inflation is high, wages are low (even for professionals, I'm a teacher), and people need help, this MEDICAL PRACTICE turns people away!!!! Shame on you! But, looking at all the other reviews it looks like nobody should expect any better from this place.

Love that the cost is so reasonable anyone can afford to go. Love that you can walk in anytime, and there are always a variety of machines available.

If you need physical therapy, consider requesting Jessica Blanchard at Texas Sports Medicine; I have been receiving physical therapy from her for the last four months after shattering my femur and having a metal rod put in my femur from my hip to my knee and also having screws put in my ankle due to an auto accident; She is professional and well educated in her craft; She will push you while constantly providing positive reinforcement; She has helped me graduate from a walker and now working on getting rid of my cane while continuing to learn to walk again; My recovery would not be possible without her guidance; I’m forever grateful for her guidance;

Best sports center in Tomball! Swim classes, gym, basketball, track…you name it, and it’s available here! I love it!

Pushes personal coaching way too much. Clean facility for the most part. I don't see anyone wipe down machines. They may count on patrons to do that but after belonging to other gyms that seems lacking.

I switched to Texas Sports Medicine Center for physical therapy from a different outpatient clinic in The Woodlands. When I switched, I was about 4 weeks post-op on a major knee surgery. As soon as I came here and started seeing Melanie as my PT, DPT, OCS, CSOMT, I started seeing faster improvements. While more time had passed since my operation, she was using modalities and techniques that the other clinic never even mentioned or considered. She has been kind and very effective in helping me regain my strength and my range of motion. I'm extremely glad I made the switch to this clinic!The facility looks tired and outdated (the colors, the peeling wallpaper, the old, creeky equipment), but the equipment works well enough, and the thing that makes the therapy effective and worth it are the PTs themselves. They used cupping techniques to help loosen up my knees. They have use scraping techniques to break down my scar tissue. There has been less "hands on" and more using gravity to do its magic to get my let to full extension and flexion. When I started, I wasn't at full extension, I could flex my knee about 50-60 degrees, and I was on two crutches. Now (in 4 weeks) I'm walking without crutches, able to do pretty full squats, and using a bicycle now. I highly recommend this place!

Fantastic place for rehab for all ages! Almost 2 years ago I herniated my L5-S1 disk and did not have good medical coverage at the time to get it fixed. It wasn't until this year did I start looking for rehab. This place is amazing and love the amenities. Year round indoor swimming pool, hot tub, cold tub, sauna, gym, yoga, ti chi, indoor track, shower, bath towels and sweat towels, and so much more. Local to Tomball and most all insurance covers this location. Surprisingly Memorial Hermann in the Woodlands does not take my insurance. This place does. Come and try their monthly membership today!!
