Take heed. This place sucks. Crotchety old women rude to customers and outrageous delusional pricing. I've been donating to this business and shopping here for over twelve years. I will NEVER be back! EVER!
Don't waste your time or your expensive fuel driving here.

This shop was okay. I probably won’t be back, Mayra was pretty dry and borderline rude at checkout.

Ridiculous prices. You might get lucky every once in a while but most of the time it's outrageous. People in need shop at thrift stores because they can't afford to buy nice things new. They should be able to afford them used!

I understand inflation but not to this extent. Also they say they donate to charity but these prices aren’t helping anyone! This place is way Over priced. These items are donated for FREE why are y'all pricing things more than what they are brand new?! Better off going to the antique store across the street! Not to mention the employees were trash talking people with other customers as soon as I walked in the store!! Raising prices that high won’t make you more money only drive customers away. Everyone looses in the end that way….I shop at resale stores that are priced well and they have lines out the door every single day.

Most clothing and accessories are boutique prices and everything else isn't bargain prices but if your able to go during a sale it can really be worth the while.

I'm too shocked to even convey how terrible this place is. There is obviously someone checking prices online. Most people who shop thrift stores can not afford $25 for a pair of pants. I was that mom who went to value village, a real thrift store, to buy for my little ones. They claim to help people. What are thy doing, buying them Lamborghinis?

Walked in and right back out after seeing prices double what you can pay for brand new product. Signs everywhere saying children cannot even be anywhere near the toy aisle without an adult…what a hateful attitude to have against kids. Used Star Wars chess sets priced at $75 that you can buy new right now for $40. Unfriendly workers, unfriendly signs, unfriendly vibe, and ridiculous prices on every single item. I’ll never walk in there again.

There's always something new. Some prices are not basement bargains, but they are usually below retail. I love that they use the money to help those in need for food, clothing and other expenses.

? Not open on Sundays. We were disappointed that we traveled so far out of civilization (within the 610 loop in Houston), only to find so many stores out here closed. Weekends are usually the times when people want to go visit the provincial towns around a major metropolis, so this trip was slightly disappointing.

It pains me to say this but the people working here are not the brightest, just had to walk out because they would not honor 1/2 off clothing as I was told by an employee. Customers are always right and in here supporting a good cause b/c we believe in the community efforts however, they have ruined my outlook for this resale shop. Really, 2 items-hoodie for a teenager-pure disgust of their group ignorance and poor communication

My MIL is a retired Police Officer and asked me where I shop for used goods and I highly recommended this place as I’ve been going there for years. They give good military and law enforcement deals which our whole family is. My MIL had a colitis flare up and needed to use the restroom ASAP and explained this to them. She had several things to purchase and was refused and told to go down the street… well needless to say she didn’t make it “down the street”… It was degrading and embarrassing that she was treated that way. She wasn’t some homeless person trying to shoot up in their restroom. ALSO if you take your children there they aren’t allowed to use the restroom either so beware… we have referred a LOT of people here over the years and we (and our church) has donated truckloads of stuff. They pride themselves on “helping” yet treat those who are purchasing and donating “not so well” to put it nicely. Unfortunately our church will be switching to a different ministry resale shop as well due to this incident. They should be kind, bottom line. There was no need for any of it.

They have a lot of things. However, everything is over priced. Baskets are $3-$4 ,used! Tables and chairs for kids, way over $20! I saw a table for children that was $100! I just don't get it. You get things DONATED. I'd understand if it was a consignment shop and you wanted to up the price for nice looking items.
