Sent my son to do my oil change they tried to charge him $1,700 for a oil change then changed it to 1117.00 by this time my husband pulled up and they charged $117 dollars which is normal. My son was panicking thank God my husband was close by to correct the situation. Workers should not be trying to over charge

I believe I was extremely overcharged, customers was nice but I paid almost $300 for an oil change, new air filter and for them to put coolant in my car.

I've usually been pretty with Take 5 at other locations. I tried going to the one on Spring Cypress closer to hey 249 and the service was very disappointing. When I pulled up i was tge only customer there yet no one greated us and the staff wasn't very friendly at all. I went to get my inspection done and I was asked to get out of the car along with my daughter but the service provider didn't offer us anywhere safe to wait. We stood out in the driveway on the curb so we don't get hit by cars pulling in. This was very unsafe! To top it off, the guy failed my inspection stating that my tires were too low. I explained to him that I was just at the dealership a few days ago and was told that I only needed to replace 2 tires which I did replace. The guy at Take 5 said I only had a few more miles to go before the other 2 tires would eventually fail the inspection but he failed it anyway. I know I eventually will need to replace the other 2 tires but I shouldn't have to replace it in order to pass the inspection because it had enough tread on it to pass. Well he failed my car so I had to go buy 2 new tires and come back before he passed my inspection. I won't be going to this location ever again.

Michael was very pleasant and attention to detail and asked all the right questions and answered with confidence on knowing his job. I feel there should be an area on the receipt to leave a tip as really no one carries cash anymore.

Had a great experience today, I had an oil change, state inspection, wiper change and air filter change. The crew worked quickly, did not try to sell me things I did not need but did point out several things that would need to be done next time. I knew I was going to need wipers (they were 5 years old and streaky) and the recommended options for me. The team was friendly and thorough. Will definitely be back!
