Therefore the more she explained I was able to purchase some other things that I’ve been wanting for a while that I did not understand how to purchase, so I also ended up buying another phone for my brother Because of her expertise and professionalism and help so I just wanted to let you know you have a very excellent employee working at your store. Sarah C. Was fantastic at helping me switch my lines from ATT to T-Mobile. She was very patient and informative. In the end I changed over 2 phone lines, a tablet, and even added my partners line that turned into an overall savings of $90 a month along with adding Netflix and Apple TV+ for free. Oh yeah, did I forget to mention that my price is guaranteed for life? Take that ATT! When I say Sarah was fantastic, she educated me on the different products and devices, helped me set them up, and helped me understand how to operate them in a way to help me optimize my efficiency. She is great!

I walked into your 28523 Tomball Pkwy, Tomball, TX 77375 store. From the moment I was opening the door I felt I was being judged, and one employee even had a cup in her hand just chit chatting amongst themselves. I immediately asked for a manager, but unfortunately there wasn’t one on duty. I then went to proceed to saying I could come back another time, since the store was closing in a hour. The Hispanic male with blue eyes goes on to say they could “help”. I explained how my daughters tablets volume is significantly lower than my phone when it’s connected to Bluetooth items, and how I have already spoke to a representative on the phone. They recommended me going into a store, so that’s why I stopped by tonight. Unfortunately the male kept insisting that I could possibly go into an Apple Store, since they had no way to diagnose the tablet, or gave me the option to get a replacement since I had the apple care warranty. Instead of testing it (like I originally wanted to). He did ask if I had the headphones to test out the sound, and I explained I did not have my daughters headphones on me. I was on my AirPods one a phone call while the male was pushing me only towards those two options, and when he kept insisting on getting the replacement. I kindly grabbed the tablet to put back into the case, and was going to be about my way. Made a comment to the person I was on call with (in Spanish), while your male associate rudely mumbled behind my back as I was walking out, “I understand everything you’re saying”. First off, my conversation is not his or no one else’s business in that facility, or any comments should have been made to a customer about their personal conversation as they’re walking out. So I turned around, and began to tell the associate that if he wasn’t going to diagnose my device in the first place I could’ve left. He said I came in hostel from the beginning cause I simply asked for a manager. But I knew asking for a manager , I would’ve not received that terrible customer service. He goes on insisting he was not trying to sale me into anything, and that he understood what I said about him during my phone call. I proceed to explain to him, that I didn’t care what he had to say from the moment I walked in if there wasn’t a manager as I had asked he could’ve sent me about my way, or got my info to give to a manager. Instead he made the entire visit horrible. Kept laughing, and putting a show on for everyone else in the entire store, including a customer who had a large group of family with them, and other employees instead of him letting me leave as I originally was, he wanted to keep arguing with me. WHICH BLOWS MY MIND. So unprofessional, even when I told him I was done having the conversation with him, he kept wanting to argue. None of the employees EVER stopped him either, instead just all stood around and let him disrespect me. Asked him for his name, and he smirked and said “I’m not giving you my name”. I was beyond done with this employee. I work in customer service, and get paid strictly commission these employees obviously are hourly workers and do not care a single bit how they treat people when they walk in. Just casually standing around laughing as customers are stepping into their business, snaking on the floor, and wearing beanies on the heads as work attire. I would’ve never came into this location if I would’ve read all the other terrible reviews of how others have received here. Someone needs to write up this employee, or suspend him because that was NOT okay.

Juan "the Juan/one and only" was my customer service rep. He treated me with respect and kindness and went over and above to help me with a problem regarding an ap. Way to go Juan ! Thank you for being the best. You were the "bright spot" in my day. God Bless You.

My wife decided we needed new phones after 2 years and T-Mobile was having g a deal. We left after waiting a while and talking to the young lady representative. I like having the various phones and plans explained to me in a way that I have my questions answered. This did not happen. We actually went to another T-Mobile store to get the service we required.12/12/2023 - In responding to the owner's response, the service was not unprofessional. It's just that when I need to know and understand something, I want the service representative to take the time that I need to understand what is being offered. It may be a generational thing, boomer vs. whatever generation. I also tend to feel like if the representative speaks to fast, they are trying to hard or trying to pull the wool over my eyes regarding the product.

So I came in to switch my phone carrier from Tmobile to ATT. Cool, pretty easy. ATT switch goes fine but my phone locked and was unable to make calls or function, not so cool. Got told to take back to Tmobile to fix. Came into Tmobile to have phone unlocked. Here's where my problem lies. I am told that my phone cannot be unlocked in store and that I need to call customer care. I asked what the phone number is so I can call them. The response I got is "do you not have google?" They then hand me the number and say have a nice day and walk off to talk on their cell phone. Problem was my phone was still locked. I can't call anybody and no further assistance was offered. I sat down for around 20 minutes before being offered more assistance by another more helpful associate and explained "how the frick can I call customer support if my phone doesn't work and is locked?" The other kind lady offered to let me use the in store phone. If your staff is unable or unwilling to have basic customer service skills, you need to have some training days or an active manager in store.

Do NOT come to this location. Horrible customer service! They are only looking to make the sell then send you off on your way to get it all set up on your own, practically kicked us out.Was able to get my data transferred from my old phone to new phone for over 4 hours since the transfer was not completed in store! Once we paid for the new phone she said we could go home and finish set up. She did not offer any assistance and just walked away. After hours of attempting to get it set up finally gave in and called customer service 1800 number and they helped me get it set up, and also verified that she should have helped us get the transfer complete and we should not have been just let go until setup was complete as this will throw off the transfer and will not work once you disconnect from the Wi-Fi. I had to reset the phone and redo the entire transfer... people are so lazy now and don't want to work! You get paid to do the work and not just hand it off to the customers. If you don’t like your job then find another one and do not waste the customers time.

Don't make the same mistakes I made by going to this TMobile location. I have visited this TMobile over 5xs in 3 mos. trying to get my internet fixed. The incompetent employees blamed it on the apps not TMobile service. They never ask to help connect to tech support. Which today, I found one person that actually fixed the issue in less than 30 minutes. That person isn't located at that store. Don't waste your time and money at Tomball TMobile.

The person who waited on me was very knowledgeable and helpful. However, the structure of the organization is wrong for me. They do not have dedicated techs/ repair personnel, and I need to come back in to exchange my phone for a reconditioned one as it will take over two hours to transfer my apps,/data and the setup completed.
