Aparrently this "stripes" has been going downhill for years, but I hadn't noticed anything until the last few months and their most recent change of ownership. I used to love the staff and the tacos at this place, regular morning pit stop. Things have changed! They've gone from a crew of professional and friendly taco makers to a single unfriendly scowl who doesn't seem to know how to make a taco. burnt, tiny tortillas (not larado tortillas) and dried out fixings. On a Thuresday morning they had 1/8 of the taco options they used to. Additionally, price gouging as if every day is the day before a hurricane and the pumps are regularly out of fuel. If everyone stops going here, hopefully they'll have to sell and we'll get new ownership that cares to do what it takes to keep the neighborhood repeat customers.

This is a Stripes in name only. This is an independently owned business. I tried the soda machine and all the drinks were either not working, only carbonated water, or the flavor was so weak you couldn't tell what it was. I told the clerk/ owner and caught nothing but attitude. There is a Laredo Taco inside, again in name only. The food was absolutely disgusting, unless you love salt! Again told the clerk/ owner I couldn't eat the food and wanted my money back and caught soooo much more attitude. Don't waste your time by stopping here. There are many more close and better options.

I come to this gas station a-lot and usually don’t have a problem. I went to get a pack of water and the guy behind the register charges me $10 for a pack of water when I’ve got the same pack multiple times for less. I guess it depends who is behind the register because during the day he definitely price gouges everything. It’s really sad that they think it’s okay, new management here really sucks!

Here I am 7:30am I walked into this location an the first thing I hear is the Old woman yelling at her employees that is running the restaurant part. She is yelling about food being brought from over the counter which I understand cause of cross contamination. However, you don't have to YELL nor be ugly. There is a time an place to apprehend your employees. Not in front of a store full of customers. It's not what you say it's how you say it.

Does this place have a manager. Doesn't seem so! I got what was supposed to be a Dr. Pepper and turns out it was some kindbof diet drink! Then I got gas and I wanted a receipt printed out and the said 'cashier has receipt'! Pain in the a**!

Horrible tacos, sometimes I would get them room temperature “cold”, not warm and the tortillas would be uncooked at times. But they are friendly at this store I’ll give them that.

This Stripes has always been convenient and a favorite for me on the way or coming from work. But the last 2 times I have tried to buy gas the pumps didn't work. The first time they had a hand written sign that said they weren't working. The 2nd time no sign but I tried 2 pumps and neither would do anything. I had to go across the street to buy gas.

The staff is professional and courteous. However, lately there are inventory issues. I like to get 44oz size of unsweet ice tea. But inevitably, they either do not have the right size cup or don't have the matching lid. Also, don't have the unsweet tea lately. You used to have unsweet tea in the large container as well as raspberry ice tea. But not lately. The management there just needs to make sure those items are properly stocked and the right vendor purchases made.

Horrible breakfast tacos! Then they tried to double charge me for 2.. then the cashier couldn't even give me the correct change.

Its the third time these cashiers charge me more than what it is and their go-to excuse is that they are new to the job and that is always an "honest mistake" but apparently everyone does that mistake.And like people said in other reviews , they get rude when i ask for my money back.

I frequent this store 4x a week. Its not the first time they are rude to me today lauren was there having a whole conversation with everyone while im checking out i was trying to get a money order but noone is trained to use the machine.I told her thank you 2x before heading out and she was still ignoring me.Horrible service!Never again btw!

It doesn't matter what others may think of this place, because I know the truth for myself. It's the best, the workers are very friendly, the place was clean and the food is great. Each time I stop by, there is a line to buy some hot food and that's because it taste really Good. Therefore, I am giving them a Five Star ? ? ? ??.

racists work in this shop! I wanted to buy cigarettes according to international documents, this is the first store I was denied !!! I experienced great stress, my rights as a foreigner were infringed !!!
