Been with this place for a few years and of course we all know it’s been through some management changes. While these changes are happening I’ve tried doing online payment and all that but has never worked. Also I called to pay and they were having issues with the system therefore my payment couldn’t be taken I call back to get it done again and I get charged extra. So no I do not recommend this place. Before I would recommend to friends who needed storage but NO more.

I have been using this particular storage site for several years, it has switched owners a few times. Storage Star is by far better than the previous companies. It is kept very clean & the staff is helpful & friendly

Star Storage is Awesome. I would recommend using their facility. Great Environment. Affordable Rates. The office staff goes above and beyond to help their customers. Give them a try! You won't be disappointed!

I've been renting here since 2010, so I've been through a few owners and property managers in 12 years. Patricia has been the most helpful manager of all. Whenever I have an issue or concern with one of my units she promptly addresses them and makes sure my rental experience goes as smoothly as possible. I really appreciate how she has gotten the property squared away and looking cleaned up and well maintained and how she stays on top of keeping it that way. Hopefully she'll be around for years to come.

If I could give 0 stars that would be too much. Run don’t walk away from here. My unit was infested with rats and mice and their “3rd party insurance “ would only give me $500 but I lost thousands of dollars worth of items. Plus the woman at the front office is beyond rude, unsympathetic and unhelpful. Beware

Great customer service! Storage units are clean and bug/pest free! This place didn't even flood during hurricane Harvey despite all surrounding roads were underwater. My stuff was dry and safe!
