5 stars for Chris. He is great - very helpful and professional. If he ever leaves they are going to have a hard time replacing him.2 stars for Cubesmart because they got rid of their moving truck, and raise prices on you after a few months. Storage West wouldn't raise prices for an entire year. Another problem is when you reserve online there is no option to mark that you have a lock or insurance - so you end up getting charged for that, even if you don't need it.

I have been with Storage West 24455 Tx 249 Tomball ,Tx 77375 since it has opened in 2017 then the name turned to Cube Smart...The Manager Chris has been #1 he's always answered my questions when I call and even helped me pick up a box or 2 because it was a little to heavy for me..He go above & beyond to help his customers...Job is Always WELL DONE WITH MR.CHRIS

Had to rent a storage unit today and was very happy with the service Chris provided. The location was convenient being next to 249. The property was clean and kept up very well. Chris was very friendly and didn’t mind showing me several different unit’s while I was trying to figure out what size I needed.

I have been renting at this Storage Facility for several years and I am still absolutely amazed at the outstanding level of care and service that the General Manager, Chris and staff provide on a daily basis. They are always friendly and on point with current specials and availability of units. The Facilty is always clean and smells nice. I have personally sent 3 referals here. If you're looking for a storage unit to rent- THIS IS THE PLACE!!!
