They personalized the process and we felt our best interests were kept front and center. All members of the team are very pleasant to deal with.

James and the team at Triumph Lending working hand in hand with our realtor team, helped make our out of state home buying experience wonderful. We look forward to working with all of them again on our next real estate purchase in the coming years. We will always use and recommend them to anyone. Especially to other military veterans that need to take advantage of their VA loan guarantee benefits.

Rudy is the best!I had a somewhat more complicated loan situation than most as my wife and I wanted a mortgage to buy another property first, move and then get our original property read to sell and sell it. I had requested to be contacted by lenders through some websites and I was already working with another lender when Rudy contacted me. Despite that, he answered questions or provided his thoughs on things when I e-mailed him so after firing the lender I had been working with (who turned out to be great at identifying problems, but not providing solutions), I started working with Rudy and what a difference it was! He identified any potential hurdles, provided solutions and helped overcome some non-anticipated roadblocks caused by third parties along the way. I believe we received a way better interest rate in the end on our new primary mortgage than we would have through other lenders. I would recommend Rudy to anyone needing a mortgage, especially if there is some sort of special situation involved.

This review is solely based on the comms that come from Peter their Area Manager. I have not responded to the messages or multiple calls a day that I recieved from Peter. Triumph Lending may be great, but this person has created such a negative experience with the number of calls and the verbiage in his emails that I won't use, recommend or consider using Triumph Lending at this point.

I can't say they are good or bad, but I can say their area manager needs to work on his communication skills. I went to Lending Tree to see what offers I could get based on a home my husband and I wanted built. We already had approval from 3 other lenders, but I thought it couldn't hurt to shop around. We were then made aware of issues with the property shortly after I started receiving emails which caused us to back out of building. We also decided to take a break from our search since it was the 4th time there is some issue caused by a builder, the developer, etc and it is getting frustrating. I did get many emails due to submitting my info to the site (as they warned), but didn't reply to any since there was no longer a point. But none of them were as passive aggressive and petty as this in any follow-up. So let this review be the reply to your email Peter. This is what I expect from used car sales, not mortgage lenders.

Andy, James, and Helen were great working as a team to help me secure the loan I need to purchase the house I was eyeing. Matt Pierce was my loan officer on a recent cash-out refinance of my rental property. When faced with off-beat challenges he is quick to adjust to the beat. For example, he was able to work through me being a co-signer on a mortgage for a family member who had recent deferred payments and still got me a nice rate. This guy knows his stuff! Triumph Lending is a better lender because Matt is on their team. You should do yourself a favor and reach out to them for your mortgage needs.

Steve and his team are great! They are very professional and well versed in all aspects of mortgages. Their communication skills are fantastic and prompt. The online submission and document portal makes a difficult process easy. I highly recommend!

Awesome professionalism is the best description for Steve. I recently relocated from California to Texas. I was not happy with the 4 referral lenders from realtors and friends, I found Steve on Yelp. Wonderful discovery! He was everything you read about in his spectacular reviews. From the very beginning of the home buying and location process, he was there every step of the way. His response time was always quick. I have bought three homes prior to this one, I can only say that he out-shined every prior lender in every way. When Steve provides you with your disclosures, you can rest assure that he is as close to the amount as anyone was. We did not have any surprise issues during our home buying. He even reached out on the weekends before close of business to provide any updates or answer any questions. I will definitely be referring Steven to all of our friends who also looking to move to the area. Again, I want to thank Steve for all of his support and hard work to ensure that my home buying was not even close to nerve wrecking as expected.

They are dubious , they could not lend me anything even having 5 properties in collateral, they got my SS number bank account numbers so they can sell it to scammers, they even ask for bank account numbers and passwords, they are not BBB accredited and have a rap sheet of complaints, stay away from them .

Peter Lammert is an exceptional individual. He is quick and communicates effectively and efficiently. I'd recommend him for anyone who is looking into property purchases. As first time homebuyers, he was very gracious and kind while explaining the process to us. Definitely recommend his services!
