Was booked for the weekend to attend a wedding. Ended up leaving Saturday for another hotel where the A/C was working, not 78 at 9:30pm. Lady at the desk is extremely rude and definitely doesn't know how to problem solve. They've lost my business.

Very decent hotel, and located in an almost perfect location.

We enjoyed our stay here, where the suite was spacious and the bed comfortable. However, I hope a renovation of the rooms is planned for the near future, as the furnishings, carpet, doors, etc. need a refresh soon!
