I know this is not the actual stores fault and the stylists did a great job but the scheduling is broken and has been for awhile. so here goes:
Good grief this app, i dont understand the point of the app as it doesnt seem to interface with the scheduling system. I check in and it is sending text on my phone saying your next, i get to store and two are in the chairs and my name is not on the list! i check in and there is someone elses name on the list, they show up, he gets in before me that was sitting there 15 minutes before he got there! Ridiculous, WHY would you put out an app that doesnt work and even more so WHY dont you test it
Why two stars? Because they won't fix it. It has been months.

Amanda did an amazing job ? my son has thick hair with a couple of difficult cowlicks to boot. He is very particular on how he wants it. She took the time and patience to deal with his hair and cut it just how he wanted it. We are both very happy and will be back ?

Good place. For us Brazilians, the price is quite high, but the professional standards are very good, as are the care and services. If it's your first cut, be sure to wash your hair, it's practically a massage lol
