Troubles with SOS MotorsportsOn 8/1, I made a deposit of $4,898.78 to install a lift, wheels and tires on my Gladiator. The owner stated that it would take 3-4 days for parts to come in and a day and a half for install. For the next 3 weeks I reached out for updates(note: I had to call for any updates or information). By week 3, the owner stated that they were waiting on tires, tires that 3 other tire shops that I called could have by following day for 1-2 dollars more a tire.On 8/22 I contacted owner and advised that this has gone on too long(no where near close to time table provided by owner) and that I was being deployed to Hawaii to assist with fires. Informed owner that myself nor Gladiator would be in state and I would like a refund on deposit. Magically, the owner stated that she had the parts(only because I called). Informed owner that I want a refund. Owner stated that she would start the process.Since that time, the owner has not reached out to me on her own will. I have had to call numerous times for updates on refund where I am given excuses, time-tables and will get back with you. It appears to be a lot of stalling as she advised me close to 3 weeks ago that all returns had been accepted and she was issuing payment that would take 5-8 business days to process??? Last Wednesday I called her and advised that payment was still not received. She then again asked for card information and I asked for proof that payment has been issued. Crickets since then... once again, no follow through.I am now resulting to Social Media, BBB and Civil Suit in hopes of getting their attention.I would not recommend SOS Motorsports as it appears from the outside that they are spending it before making it.

Felt at ease after taking my jeep to Amy. Had been to a few other shops and it seemed like everytime something else went wrong everytime they touched it. I was recommended to SOS MOTOR SPORTS and I will never go anywhere else for my jeep needs. Amy went through my jeep and explained to me what needed to be done now and what could wait. We fixed a mystery electrical problem and a mystery vibration. She has all the knowledge and sells top notch parts ....if you have a jeep you need SOS Motor Sports number.... maintenance and any upgrades.....thank you Amy. SOOOIE IS BACK ON THE ROAD.

For your own safety, do not do business with SOS. Installed a lift on my Jeep and did not torque the control arms or rear track bar bracket. Had to get a knowledgeable shop to correct their inability to do things right. Also have horrible customer service.

Had lights installed. After being referred here, guy who installed my lights smoked and left ashes on my center console, left trash from wires in driver and passenger side, also did horrible job on routing wires so none are exposed.
