Get gas here with no problem often, but today the frigging commercials at the pump was turned up to max and super LOUD AND ANNOYING! If I come back and its that lound again, ill get my gas elsewhere. That was just way too much!

Pump 2 charged me premium when I selected regular. Wouldn't be going here again. Tennant said there's nothing he can do as the receipt showed super.

I walked in, got my items checked out and left. During that time I was the only one there with 3 employees. The only word that the employees said was 3.25. No hello upsell or good day etc

Just got regular gas and it charged me for supreme. Will be disputing this with my credit card company.*Update 3/24/2022* already contacted Shell the day this happened to let them know.

Racist as hell towards black people! Alysia refused to cash out my lottery tickets that I had just purchased but a older white man came in and she cashed him out with no problem stating that she only has a certain amount of money. My total was 170 and I purchased the tickets from this store on today. Racist
