I've visited Caliber Auto Care three times for car servicing and am consistently impressed. They've worked on my wife's Volvo and my Jeep, showing that they can handle a variety of vehicles.
Previously, I relied on dealerships for major services, but the Valvoline team nearby highly recommended Caliber. The staff at Caliber is professional, courteous, and genuinely customer-focused.
On my first visit, they offered a complimentary shuttle service when I planned to leave my car and walk home – a thoughtful gesture that saved me time.
Recently, Jonathan, the service advisor, quickly diagnosed and had the team in the back fix a minor but annoying headlight issue at no extra charge, demonstrating their commitment to customer satisfaction.
Caliber Auto Care in Creekside has become my go-to for our family's cars. Their proximity, expertise, and exceptional service make them a real gem for the neighborhood. I'll definitely return and recommend them to others.

We have used with satisfaction before they changed to Caliber Auto Care. My 18yr old daughter went in for an oil change and came out spending over $1,000. She said she didn’t know she could decline recommendations. Very disappointed in the way this was conducted. Charged over $500 in labor for over an hour of work. They have lost our business and will be letting everyone around our neighborhood out experience.

Tried to charge me way more than needed. (More then twice) Then said it was an error in quoting the price.
Then called back quoting half the original bid. SMH.
The employees I don’t think know about this, there just doing what there told, in fact there very kind. The owners who hide are the criminals who cowardly hide and let there employees do there dirt.
I’m Just amazed that a company making more money then they can spend needs to try and con people into paying for services not needed. It’s very sad.
My price went from over 1100.00 dollars for rear brake pads & rotors to 525.00 dollars. After I turned down there quote. Of course I declined that bid too.
I heard about places like this, but now that i actually almost became a victim of a con, i need to warm people. I wouldn’t be surprised if the owners try to get back at anyone who gives them bad reviews, but I'm retired law enforcement as well a US Marine and I would enjoy them trying.
It really hurts to know people are being robbed there every day not everyone knows what prices should be for certain repairs they will find things that are not there. Don’t go to this place.

Called in for a simple question, gentlemen, that was helping me wasn’t really the helpful at all, explain to him I was going on and he didn’t really give me a price range at all he keep telling me like it a depends on what type of car you drive and I kept telling the year and model of the car and he was like well I can’t really tell you anything until we diagnostic the car but if I’m telling you the year and model of the car, you cannot go into your system and tell me the cost of the service which iPhone very inconvenient because I’ve went to other locations and they always tell me the price of that particular service.

My car was struck and needed repair. Casey made sure my car was taken care of within the time he promised.
They managed to blend old and new paint to make sure there was no visible change.
You can't tell it ever got hit.

Best place to get your car serviced. The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable and competent. The manager, Nicollette, is super nice and makes her mission to resolve any issues as quickly as possible. I highly recommend this place.
