Our stay was short of a year. Would highly recommend this property. Can't say enough about all staff members, kindness and courteous and very professional. Thanks to everyone there for making our stay enjoyable. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

The rudest location I have ever been to the manager is impossible to deal with and does not care about your situation at all. Has no remorse to solve any situation and problem. She would rather push you away and threaten to call the cops and security. just absolutely horrible.

General manager Delfne Torres was extremely rude. Our flight was cancelled for 7/7 and we extended our stay on 7/6 with Alex. We were told by Alex that our stay was extended and there was nothing else we needed to do. Our room key did not work around 12 pm we came downstairs and were told by the staff that our room had not been extended. I was told by Delfne that our stay had not been extended. No further information was given. I told her who extended us and she told my husband and I that no notes was left and the hotel was fully booked. I asked how that was our issue when her hotel staff told us they took care of it. She basically told me she was not sure it was extended. I asked where Alex was and if she could talk to him. She told me there was nothing she could do and he wasnt here. She was very dismissive and was told she would not talk to me anymore. She got loud and i got loud also. I stepped back and returned to talk to her. I asked in a very calm voice what needed to be done to correct the situation she told me the system was down and she needed to take care of that first. I asked how much time she needed and i would return. She ignored me. I asked again she got an attitude and turned the computer screen around and said very rudely that I needed to go sit down that she couldn’t help me. I told her i am not a child and do not need to be told to sit and i would walk away. She proceeds to state she would call the police to have me removed from the property. I walked away and she told the other staff to call the police on me. She was extremely rude and not helpful. I did not use foul language. She basically was dismissive and was accusing me of lying by stating she was not sure if i was extended. My husband and i are frequently at Marriott properties. She was rude and i dont not appreciate being treated that way.

Really surprised at some of the poor reviews as this place met all our needs. We had a large group in town for a wedding. Stayed 3 nights over a holiday weekend.
Easy location to get to right off a major road. Tons of shops for clothes nearby if needed. Kroger was 3 minutes away. They even offer free delivery of groceries to the hotel
The rooms were huge! Get one with 2 queen beds for even more space. A full kitchen made an extended stay there so much more tolerable and affordable.
The pool was great! Plenty of space. Has a great 6 inch wading area that was clutch for little kids to even enjoy. It has a splash pad feature that entertained kids. Only downside was lack of shaded area in the Texas heat/sun
Breakfast was also fantastic despite several other comments. Each day has a slightly different menu. Eggs and sausage were good. Yogurt bar was awesome. Loved it

Place is nice to stay for a night or two if you’re passing by. Maintenance could be a little better. But overall its doable.

Room was nice but the AC didn’t work was absolutely miserable just said fan on the hole time but our room never cooled a single degree and it was late so we slept in a stuffy room. The guy at the front desk was very nice though.

Staff was super friendly, and the splash pad and pool were perfect for my kids.
Rooms: Worse shower ever, drips all over the floor!

Everything is great except the service at the breakfast bar. Floor is sticky and how do you allow the one pot of regular coffee to go empty and remain empty for 30 minutes on Sunday morning at 7:45?

Like others have said this hotel doesn’t give you any perks of being a high tiered member, no upgrades, no market items. This hotel also has extremely rude employees, only the night audit guy is nice. They also have the strangest rules that I have encountered anywhere in the country (I travel 90% of my job and stay in Marriotts around the country). For example they refuse to not charge my fortune 100 company credit card every time my bill hits $1k, instead charging my card multiple times for one stay, causing me grief with company auditors. Their only compromise was to charge me for the entire stay at check in. I sent my son to the front desk to buy some ice cream with my debit card because I wasn’t dressed for public interaction, the lady at the front called to ask if I sent him and I told her yes and he has my permission to use my card, she refused and made me come down to buy him $5 worth of ice cream in front of a full lobby and was rude about it the whole time. The only reason I stay here is for the nicer rooms but frankly it’s not worth the hassle this place is going to put you through. I’ll make sure no one from my company stays here in the future.

Idk what people think staying at a hotel means in the comments but apparently they are NPC characters.
This hotel doesn’t follow Marriott rules at all. During check in they don’t acknowledge your Marriott tier even if you’re the highest. They don’t ask you if you want a free market item or the bonus points. They don’t offer you the option for free upgrade. Instead of asking these questions they try to be nosy and ask why you’re staying there. When it’s none of their business.
They have the worst breakfast imaginable. Nasty sausage practically daily with biscuits. The hotel coffee is burnt and flavorless. You go to the front desk and they won’t even give you change for 1 roll of quarters. The brainless idiot says hotel policy is no change?? The refrigerator makes this weird power up sound throughout the day. Must be the compressor. Even the AC unit makes popping noises.
Might as well be a motel 6 the way this property is managed. Only thing it has going is being new….

Marriott brand rarely disappoints. I always feel like I get my dollars worth, regardless of location.
