This location is never overcrowded, always clean and the staff is friendly. They have all of the latest equipment and it is always in great working order. Never any issues and it is in a good and safe location.

I went once and that will be my last time going…. guy with the long hair in the front not very helpful. He could not leave the front… I understand but when asked how to set up machine he said he didn’t know. Really?! All the machines i went to work out on were off unplugged… everyone was on the treadmills… i will stick to Jones road location. They are friendly.

The gym is clean and offers a variety of fitness options for everyone - no matter the age of the person. The staff is welcoming and helpful, too. It’s a great location in Tomball, and my husband and I enjoy coming whenever we can.

They don't mention anything about the hidden fees to start up. I'm trying to only spend $10 a month not get robbed.

Friendly and helpful staff at the Tomball location. It is always clean and well organized. They have a wide variety of equipment and training stations and there is never a wait time to use exercise machines even though it is usually super busy!

Was told I couldn’t wear this gym shirt I cut myself because it was considered a “string tank” yet it’s no where close to what is depicted on their signage. I’ve been to this gym for 2 years on and off wearing this same shirt and have never been told otherwise. Is my shirt genuinely out of line here?
