I ordered online to be delivered. I was emailed that it would be delivered at 6:15pm. At 6:20pm, I received an update that it now wasn't going to be delivered until 7:20pm. We finally did receive it but it was cold and disgusting. When I tried to call to get my money back it just rang and rang. A day later I received an email asking about my experience. I told them what happened. They sent me back an email apologizing and said they forwarded my email to the store and I would hear from them within one to two days. It's been three and I'm still waiting. I won't be ordering or eating at this restaurant in the near future. So disappointed.

One of the few places left you can sit down inside and eat pizza. This location has been in Tomball a very long time. Still good food, and the service is good as well.

1 star because I was finally able to order... but I canceled my order. According to THEIR tracker (probably should get rid of that feature!)my pizza was riding around in someone's car for 45+ min., ummm... no thank you.

Very bad customer service !!! Very disappointed I waited 1 hour for my order . They changed the order from steak to chicken and than when I called to check they said it s put to pick up and they don t deliver to my area . They said u picked to wrong store ! Although I placed the order online !!! Big mess ! Never again !

Soooo I ordered 2 large pizzas and 18 wings, I got a bunch of attitude while I had to wait 25 minutes after they said my order was ready. The pizza was done but the lady was working on the wings…. Fine that’s understandable, but we were told “oh just two more minutes” those two minutes took 25 all whilst the employees were standing around taking, my wings were over done and extra crispy, the pizza was cold when we got home after 8 minute drive, the didn’t have have the warming lights on to the pizza warm. I will be sticking to dominoes and papa John’s, I really didn’t expect this service and I hate to rate a business 1 star, but the service and quality was unacceptable.

Long over due review. We come here for the authentic dine in Pizza Hut experience. The pizza is always top notch and the service is unbeatable. I recommend Sunday lunch hr! The kids and I really enjoy it every time and you would too. Order on the app or website and they have a large one topping special that's affordable the way pizza used to be before inflation hit.
