Clinton helped my husband purchase his new car back in June and made the whole experience very straightforward and easy. It only made sense that we would come back and have him assist with my own purchase this month. We had a great experience again and would 100 percent recommend him to other interested buyers!

Ryan was amazing. Couldn’t have asked for a better car buying experience. He made everything easy and also gave us a smoking deal. Thanks so much man!

Extremely happy with our time spent at Parkway Chevrolet. We were lucky in having Chase Reid help us find exactly what we were looking for. He really went above and beyond for us and they will forever have a customer in us. Chase made the process extremely relaxing and did everything in his power to help us get where we wanted to be. I HIGHLY recommend going to see him if you’re in the market to buy, he did an amazing job.Chase,Thanks again man!!!!!!

I am so excited to write this review. I never knew I could be so happy with buying a car. I went to Parkway Chevrolet in Tombal, TX. My wonderful salesman Wesley Roberts went above and beyond the call of duty to assist me. I was going through a tough time and I explained my concerns to Mr. Roberts. He assured that I was in good hands. I am very blessed to have crossed paths with this amazing dealership and great staff. I will return and bring all my friends. I am ready to pick up my family and ride comfortably in our Kia Sorento

I ordered a truck and patiently waited. Then the auto workers went on strike. Dan Lyon refused to make me wait. He found me a truck in Arkansas and brought it in for me. Everyone at Parkway was great and Dan saved the day. I love my little truck.

I ordered $1200 in parts for my new $85,000 Tahoe via Chevrolet Parts Direct at Parkway. The box for the $545 rack was damaged and when I opened it there were no keys for the rack. I called the dealership to request keys. I got the parts department only to be told there are no keys for that rack (see photo). I insisted there are locks that need keys. Was referred to a person that covers "Part Direct" orders, but he is not in. So at one of the metro areas largest dealers only has 1 person that can help?!? Shame the guy on the phone had no interest in being helpful.I went by the dealership today and the Parts Dept was very helpful.

By far the worst service advisor that I've ever dealt with. He kept saying that he'd call me with updates regarding my repair by noon the next day or by close of business, but never once did. He ghosted me several time to the point that I had to get the service manager involved just to get some response. It's now been almost 3 months. I'm taking my business elsewhere. don't waist your time, patience, and money at this business. Other dealerships I've dealt with will text me daily with status updates, very customer friendly.

Mrs. Ruiz and Antonio are excellent people and helped us get the right car that we need. She also showed us all the options that we can choose from to make sure we get the right one based on our needs. I can't tell you how much I recommend meeting them! ?Oh, and here is a photo of us in with the car :)

BEWARE! I would give this dealership a zero if I could. Bought a used truck there on 7/22, the transmission went out on 9/13. The previous owner probably traded it in because they knew it was going out and I feel like the dealership knew it. As a female buyer, I feel that I was taken advantage of because I didn’t know the right questions to ask when I test drove it. The sales manager said they couldn’t do anything about it. He recommended we trade it in and but they would give me $7000 below what I paid for it! He said that was because the truck has102k miles now. The truck had 99,673 miles on it when I bought it. Such a crook! Beware buying a used vehicle from them.

Have purchased multiple vehicles from here, had the same people here for many years. Ashley in service is upfront and helpful. I always recommend.

I had such a great experience at Parkway Chevrolet. I arrived one day searching for a needle in a haystack vehicle and they had one that checked off all of my boxes. The salesman, Clinton, was very helpful and made the car-buying experience more enjoyable than I had anticipated. All the staff at Parkway were professional and went above and beyond to meet my needs. 10/10 would recommend.

Bought a 23 Camaro here. Wesley and Riley treated me great here. Was able to do majority of the deal from my phone and then came up there to finish the deal in person. This chevrolet had several different options new and used that many other dealers don't. Would highly recommend.

Appointments are just to make you feel better, until you get here and some arrogant service man tells you it will be 2-4 hrs before they even check your car.

WARNING to all potential buyers! this place only sells damaged vehicles AND they do not disclose!!! In fact, they had the Gual to call US STUPID for accepting their fraud! beware, beware, beware.. do not do business with these shysters! The fleet manager "Mike" is especially nice to speak to! ,,,NOT! They need to be sued! they do not deserve the 1 star either!!

Brought my vehicle in at the beginning of the month because I saw smoke coming out of my tail pipe at start up. I was told they could not repeat the problem and recommended changing spark plugs, wires, motor mount, coolant flush and a fuel system clean. Did all recommendations except for the coolant flush and fuel cleaning. Drove vehicle 400 miles and I was left on the side of the road.Check engine light came on, traction control light and power reduction mode. Towed truck to shop and was told I had high resistance in fuse block. Made suggested repairs drove 40 miles and was left on the side of the road again. Check engine light came on, traction control light and power reduction mode. Towed truck to shop again and am waiting for current diagnostic. My truck was running perfect before I had it looked at and I was trying to address a problem that I was told did not exist. Now they’ve been paid roughly $2500, I’ve paid to have my truck towed two times and been stuck on the side of the ride twice. I took my truck tot he dealer because I thought they were best suited to work on GM vehicles. I just want my truck to be fixed and dependable. It is solely used to pick my kids up from school, haul them to activities and load the family up a few times a year and go on vacation. I will update after I get it back again.
