Absolutely awesome! Daniel and his team took such good care of me, went over and beyond to help me with my lost nut lock. Daniel took the time to search my vehicle and found what I thought was permanently gone. Life saver ??? Daniel is the absolute best!

Excellent experience. Did not overcharge and listed out the problems that needed immediate fix. Helped me in getting the necessary tires replaced. The team treats you well and shows great hospitality, esp Phillipe.

I have a great experience every-time I visit NTB! The customer service was top-notch, with friendly and knowledgeable staff ( Felipe ) & Store Manager ( Daniel ) who took the time to explain everything clearly. I came in and told them what I thought was wrong with my car from some misinformation I received. They informed me what my actual problem was with my vehicle instead of just taking my money the store manager ( Daniel ) referred me to the appropriate shop that can properly fix the issue with me car. Highly recommend this shop for anyone in need of quality automotive service!

Felipe is a polite, patient, transparent and thorough employee who experience worth 5 stars. Originally I was not thrilled about the speed of service, but once Felipe’s attention was on me he limited other distractions and showed me that my business was worthy of his attention.
I observed him treat every customer with the same diligence and demeanor regardless of how they treated him back.
I suggest promoting this disciplined leader and hiring him a team to manage the demand.
