I went on 6/7/2024 to get my vehicle inspected. The inspection was done in a timely manner. Dylan was very respectful, friendly, and professional. I didn’t realize that I had dropped my wallet. They actually dropped it off at my house. Wonderful guys. I highly recommend them.

This review is not meant to defame anyone, but rather as an honest warning to any and all customers of Northpointe Express Care.I was a customer of MANY years at Northpointe Express Care until November 22. 2023 when the business heavily damaged my car's exhaust system and catalytic converter upon driving it into their oil change bay. Their mistake caused $910 in damages (not to mention over $3000 in lost wages between my fiancée and I for the time spent on everything related to this fiasco). I had to go to the place of business in person to discuss how they would handle reimbursement for the repairs to my car, since they refused to take calls at their business phone number. Upon arrival, I was greeted by two employees, but once I spoke to the son of the owners, Dylan, I was given a very harsh attitude, defensive responses, and limited communication. I had to wait as he called his father to get approval to cover the cost of the repairs. At that time, they agreed--IN WRITING--to covering all of the damages done to my car once I had an invoice of the repairs performed. Once repairs were completed, the business then gave me the run around for days. In order to get any response from the owners, my fiancée sat in their waiting room for over 4 hours until one of the owners to show up to write out a check. Once Heather, one of the owners of this business, showed up, she was rude, unprofessional, and only wrote out a check for half the repair bill--NOT what was originally agreed upon IN WRITING. The Harris County Sheriff was called to file a report on the incident. You can verify this by searching for the HCSO Case Number 2311-11184. The check that Heather wrote would not clear when deposited. So none of the repairs were ever paid for, and the check was stopped payment on. Time and time again, the statement "we are a family owned business" came up in these discussions, which I completely empathize with, considering I also run my own small business. I would never treat ANY customer, much less a LOYAL customer, the way that this "family owned business" treated my fiancée and I. This successful business cannot act on principle and keep their word when they are at fault for a customer's damages. So, fair warning to anyone taking any vehicle to get any repairs, oil changes, inspections or any other services at Northpointe Express Care--if they break it, you have to pay for it out of your own pocket because they refuse to hold themselves accountable and do right by their own customers who keep this "family owned business" running.This is an open invitation to the owners of Northpointe Express Care: You have my contact information, and you always have the opportunity to make it right. Upon making it right, I will promptly amend my review to reflect your decision. Hopefully you will choose to do so, in light of the fact you are making the decision to take from people who clearly need the income more than you do right around the holiday season. The choice is yours. Whether you do the right thing is on you now.
