I went inside to take out cash because the ATM would not allow me to take out cash because it was over the limit and when I went inside, they told me that the teller was on lunch and that I would have to wait in order to take out money through the teller I don’t understand how they only have one teller and nobody else... read full comment

Excellent customer service. We came 15 minutes before closing time and Thanya made a wire and cashiers check possible. She was patient, courteous, and made it happen!

Do not use this bank if you value your time and if you value customer service especially do not use this bank never heard of a bank that charges a fee to cash their own check said that it was because I don't have an account with them I'm not surprise people don't want to have an account with y'all awful service
