If I could give less stars I would. The Minute Clinic guy Jeffrey was completely amazing in helping me out during my horrible experience at this CVS. I came in with horrible flu symptoms and I just wanted to get a test and medication to take. Jeffrey helped me greatly. This review is about Jayda Wang, the pharmacist. She was ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. Her customer service was seriously bad for someone feeling absolutely terrible at the time. She was so short and uncaring in a difficult situation for me. She made me feel bad for trying to apply a coupon and the sent me to the end of the line of 4 people after I had already been there for 2 hours. I will admit she did come around at the end and helped me out with a question once she saw my face up close and how bad I was feeling. I wish she could have been that caring the whole experience.

Deserves ZERO stars. The worst that I've ever had to deal with they will not tell you when your prescription is out of stock. They will text you saying it's there and ready and even even CALL TO CONFIRM they will say it is ready. then you get there they tell you it's not in stock . This happened twice the first time the girl said it wasn't in stock I asked why they didn't contact me so I could get it sent elsewhere She said "idk it's automated sometimes they call sometimes they don't but they don't have time to make calls" and when it happened the second time the guy at the register LAUGHED AT ME when I was mad that I had been lied to about my sons prescription. To prevent this happening for a THIRD time I called them again to make sure it was there so I could have it transferred if not I was straight up YELLED at by their associate "Blessing" they said idk what you want me to do the computer says it's here. I asked her if she could physically place her hands on the prescription to ensure it was ACTUALLY there this time. She the put the phone down for a few minutes laughed and talked to someone and then said "ya. It's here" so I guess we'll see if it's actually there todayThese people need to learn how to talk to people. They are rude and unprofessional and I certainly will bit be using them again after this I would have had it sent elsewhere THIS time if I trusted that they were competent enough to actually transfer it. But I definitely didn't after this experience.

Love shopping at the CVS store great customer service great location and all that is so she has her very helpful and kind and nice. I will recommend this store to anyone that lives in this area. Thanks, CVS.!!

If zero stars were an option that's what I would give. RUDE! I have never experienced such utter nonsense in my life. Go to Kroger Pharmacy next door instead!

If I could I would give 0 stars. I come to this cvs very often and I absolutely love efrain he is the best but the so called "manager" today was being extremely racist to me. She was acting as if the machine wasn't reading my gift cards but I've bought here with gift cards before so I could tell she just didn't want to scan it right. Then when she called for Leslie to come help it magically worked. I am extremely disappointed that this manager her being Indian was racist. Khatidja was the managers name and she should be fired Immediately.

I just tried to get a COVID test at this location. I have a few symptoms. There were zero people waiting. I was told by the 2 morbidly obese nurses that the don't take walk-ins. This kind of laziness seems to be common these days.

Every time I go to this pharmacy we have issues. They don't take initiative to reach out to other locations to cancel orders and have no sense of urgency. My husband won't even pick up my prescriptions anymore because they never run through insurance and cause delays and unnecessary out of pocket for medication. The people in there are rude and never polite it is disappointing.

This is the worst CVS Covid center ever. I made appointment for my vaccination and was completely ignored by the Physician and the the man administering the vaccinations. What's the point of making an appointment if I'm going to be ignored! SCHEDULE YOUR COVID VACCINATION SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!! Since they do not respect your time. Complete waste of time and gas.

Although, I have a choice to get my prescription in Walgreens Which is nearby me I choose not to. I have been going on this CVS located at 24043 KUYKENDHAL RD,TOMBALL, TEXAS 77375, STR #285 for numerous years and the staff that work on this Pharmacy has always been Pleasant and very accommodating. For the longest time I've been coming back at this location, I have never ever encounter a very rude and poor service from an employee in CVS. While I was standing in line Felicia was talking with a customer for a long time. Finally, She's told me that I should go to self checkout. At first, I couldn't understand why she insist for me to used the self check out. I told her I'm in a hurry that I didn't have enough time for a tutorial. But to my surprised she didn't care and but instead insisted that I should learn how to used the self check out machine. I couldn't really understand why since there was nobody there but me. I told her why not just rang me up so I can go. She gets very annoyed that I asked her to just go ahead and used the cash register. She was determined for me to learn how to used the self checkout out machine. I was frustrated and I noticed that she didn't even give me a receipts so I went back and asked her for it. She just laughed at me and I decided to just leave and not pay attention to her. As I was walking out the store she continued to harassed me and repeatedly yelling at me three times to have a nice day! I wasn't saying anything back but she wouldn't stop yelling until I responded. I called and asked for a manager and FELICIA answered the phone and she's said she is the manager. Really??? By then I asked her I wanted to speak to another manager. Diana is another manager among many she's said. I was explaining to her what happened with me and FELICIA. But she wasn't too concerned about it. She said that it was require for every customer now to used the self check out. I realized CVS should go ahead and just put machine in the store. There is no reason for hiring people because if customer can learn how to used it why bother hiring rude, and ignorance unprofessional workers like FELICIA? At least the machine will not be rude or be disrespectful and CVS can probably saved more money rather than hiring people that didn't care how they treated their customer. Bad employee, bad for business! And YES I would rather dealt with machine over a bad customer service!

I stopped in by chance. Running errands. Needed to use restroom. Browsed. Decided I needed make up. Cashier Gerald was very nice and patient as I needed a little guidance regarding using points. Great shopping experience. Found what I needed. Purchased stuff with ease. Thank you. Highly recommend

I called to receive money through Money Gram about 10 minutes prior to coming in because a month ago I know it wasnt working. The young lady on the phone said "Yes it's working now" 10 minutes later I'm at CVS on the red Money Gram phone for 10 minutes processing the information. I go to the counter and the young lady tells me that the manager (Kim) just told her that she counted out the cash and doesn't have the money to give me. I then asked to speak with Kim because I was literally just told everything is good. Kim then tells me that the Money gram machine isnt working properly so obviously she lied to the young lady about not having enough cash. And the young lady lied to me about it working in the first place. Quality management....I wont ever be coming back to this CVS because of how much time I wasted and how everything was handled.
