Do not come here!! Went today April/7 trying to make a bill payment and the guy said the system was down. LIER. Kinda weird bc his coworker was selling some phones. Obviously went you activate a new phone you need to pay the bill so he was lying. I know they don’t like when people just go to pay a bill bc that affects the metrics, but hey… pretty much every time you go they try to add more lines that you don’t need. And they have really bad attitude when you don’t buy anything. So in order to not affects the metrics it’s better to say the system is down for bill payments.
And btw, the only reason I went there, it’s bc I tried to make the payment over the phone, on my laptop, etc etc and didn’t work.
I rarely go to a store to make a bp, I make all my payments online, but this time I had to.
Had to go to the one at willow chase and they told me there wasn’t issues with the payments and everything was back to normal in one minute.
DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL!

I wanted only one line for my phone because they offered me 4 and I told them no, just one that I want more because they didn't sell anything because I didn't want the 4 incredible lines

Terrible service!!! They treated me very badly. A boy with a cross earring in his ear and a cap suggested that I change companies. He made fun of me over and over again, trying to ridicule me in front of his colleagues when I told him that I would listen to him and change companies. He said it was the best Asher could do... I won't come back to you for employees like him!!!

My cell stopped partially working, sending texts was not going through like 70%, phone calls could not be connected and all that happened studently few days ago without me doing any changes to my cell. At the metro store this location, as I come to ask for help, they send me home with the fact that the LG stopped making cell phones and that is the problem, lot of people come to the store and they send them to purchase NEW CELL phones which they did offer me too. I went home because I know after all those arguments, there is NO WAY my LG stops working because the company decided no longer make cell phones. So here I was home finding out it was one of the auto updates sent to my cell with errors in it that made the cells not working properly. So some people, because of this, are sent by the employees to get new cell phones. When finally professional places will hire professional people. Good my common sense told me to wait and do more research. By the way, I leave on google maps only positive reviews it is rare I leave comment like this, but I feel for people who don't have money yet they go to spend it for new cell.

ZERO STARS!Absolutely rude!!! Not a single person there speaks English, nor has any respect for a single customer. If you call because you don’t want to physically go inside that poor location they just tell you to call someone else.
