I was hear for a clinical study through DM & Moderna. I fasted & consumed no coffee prior to my arrival. They had me sit in a windowless room for over an hour before I finally asked what's going on? Obviously they forgot about me. Also I was not properly screened for the study. To their credit, they apologized, but by then I was too annoyed to continue. I believe these studies can be a benefit, but the participants need to be treated better.

I've been here for times now for research purposes and each time has been pleasant. They are very organized and efficient in their processes. They're responsive to questions. Plus the patient rooms have unique designs with baking varying themes (airplanes, boats, acting/film). It makes the visit interesting, and you leave with new information.

My husband and I have been going to this clinic for over 10 years but sadly will be looking for new place. The wait time is extremely long (over an hour) in the exam room, but I had previously overlooked this since the Drs spend so much time with each patient, and this is why they get behind. However. I recently went in, waited the usual hour in the room, and then had the dr spend literally less than 2 minutes glancing at me and immediately saying I needed to see a specialist for my issue. Seeing a specialist is fine however no paperwork had to be filed for the referral whatsoever and I was stilled billed $136 for a “moderate” outpatient visit. If a 2 minute exam and no referral paperwork doesn’t qualify for whatever type of exam is considered “mild” I don’t know what does. I called about it but was basically told “it is what it is”. If you decide to go here I would suggest to ask what your bill will be in advance.

Dr Martin and Dr Martin Jr have been my primary Dr's for well over 12 years. I have never had anything but great service from them. Both Dr's take their time and actually listen and discuss all aspects of anything medically going on with me, and thats been so refreshing as compared to other Dr's I have seen. Their staff could not be better, as they always go out of their way to accommodate. If your looking for a great primary dr, look no further because you will not find better Dr's in all of Houston and the Tomball area.

I searched for a good Dr., found one here, takes time to listen and care, staff friendly and I don’t know what others are saying, but have never had to wait more than 15 or 20 minutes, thanks Doc

THE REASON FOR TWO STARS IS FOR THE LOOOONG .... More than ONE HOUR ..... WAIT OFFICE TIME. For my 74 yo father, to wait THAT long, a COLD office, is unpractical and inconsiderate. My spouse & I have waited ... and will wait most of the time but for my father?NO!!I hope this review will help the group reconsider the process and improve it.

We used this to get my moms inhaler completely unprofessional we we showed up 20 minutes late trying to find the place walk in nobody was in there at all and the lady gave my mom whos 65 an attitude for trying to get her an inhaler to breathe and just dismissed her so i walked in there and explained we couldnt find the place and she said okay ill go talk to the doctor comes back and said the doctor said he could work her in i said okay thats fine do you know about the time limit she said no this was at 2 i said a few hours a few minutes 5 or 6 o clock she said it could be up to that long so i talked to my mom and she was explaining that she cant breathe i came back in and told the lady is there anyway my mom could just be in and out real quick the lady got an attitude and said no sir we have other patients slammed her hands down and said youre more than welcome to go to an urgent care and i said im gonna be waiting right here guess she didnt hear me because she said excuse me at the top of her lungs but anyways we waited for another 45 minutes and not a single car pulled in we waited for nothing and i dont think she even talked to the doctor and the other employees were in the back just laughing and sitting around ridiculous service

I have been going to Martin Diagnostics for several years, and I no longer can deal with the admin. I have never been treated so bad by the front desk staff. They're super unprofessional and always have attitude when trying to schedule. When trying to get refills you better check it twice because it's always late or wrong prescription sent in to pharmacy and they will not take accountability. You may be without a prescription for a couple days, it's a shame because if Dr. Martin and his son Junior knew the kind of people he had working for them, they would be very disappointed. The Office Manager is extremely disrespectful as well and you will get no where with them. I would definitely be careful considering Martin Diagnostics as your primary. Great doctors but the staff make it unbearable.

I have been seeing the elder Dr. Martin for years for FAA physicals. Today I saw the younger (Dr. Earl E. Martin) for my FAA physical, and was blown away by the experience. He was so very friendly, he listened intently to my concerns and spoke with me for far longer than any other physician I have ever seen. He is an active pilot and so knows about the concerns of both pilots and the FAA. I very highly recommend the Martin Diagnostic Clinic.
