Lance pro shop is sorry as hell!! My mom is 80 years old and still blessed to drive , she stopped in Lances Pro shop on Main Street in Tomball and asked for them to check the air in her tires twice . They refused to put air in her tire and even told her she had enough air in them already. You have NO CONCERN AND NO COMMON COURTESY. She’s an older lady and just asked for help. I hope your business suffers because your customer service sucks

Absolutely amazing customer service! I've been screwed by so many mechanics but this one, definitely 100% will keep coming back here. I live 45 minutes away and I will forever make the trip for people and service like this.

BEST PLACE IN TOMBALL! Brittany was super helpful and sweet. The prices were great and affordable. They were able to fit me in same day to get my car back on the road. I will def come back if I have any other issues.

First let me say…this place was AMAZING! I went I. To get my brakes changed and I’d figure I might as well get my inspection and BRITTANY!!!! OMG!!! She was so sweet lol her customer service was out of this world. We talked for a good little minute while my car was getting worked on. I’m definitely coming back and sending people here! I don’t see how anyone can post a bad review because the people here all was amazing! I love it here! Highly recommended!!!!

I recently visited Lance Pro Plus Auto Shop and had the pleasure of dealing with Brittany, the manager. I was impressed by her exceptional politeness and dedication to ensuring I understood what my car needed. She took the time to explain everything thoroughly, making the experience not only informative but also reassuring. The overall service was excellent, and I highly recommend Lance's Pro Plus for their top-notch customer care and expertise.

Lances pro plus did an awesome job on diagnosing my check engine light issue in a very quick time frame getting me ready for my annual OBD state required state inspection so I can get my registration renewed. Brittany at the front desk did an amazing job at keeping me informed the entire process of what was going on with my truck. 5 star service and 5 star customer service.

If there were a negative star option, that would be what this establishment deserves.DO NOT COME HERE FOR YOUR ANNUAL VEHICLE RENEWAL TEST.Brittany, I hope you find your humanity one day.Although I was polite and carefully explained what the Tax Assessor's Office Public Officer (Stephanie) had explained to me word for word, that my vehicle was administered the wrong test (OBDII rather than "annual"), Stephanie refused to make it right.Brittany actually YELLED AT ME OVER THE PHONE.My insurance documents and registration clearly have A DIFFERENT COUNTY other than Harris County and I informed her explicitly when I came in with my vehicle that I was there for an annual inspection for registration renewal--ANNUAL renewal.The test she administered to my vehicle clearly states on the document "Test and Type: Initial OBDII" not annual as I asked for and should have been done.I explained I will be forced to pay AGAIN for the correct test, the ANNUAL test, and she still refused to give me a refund stating she "is the manager" and "the work had already been done." Although I asked to speak to her higher up, she refused to put me in touch and continued yelling.It took 10 minutes to do the test. $25.50 for 10 minutes of hopping in and out of a vehicle and refusing to refund me for giving me the wrong test. For shame!Thank goodness for the internet where I can give my fellow TRUE HUMANS WITH A SOUL fair warning of what kind of treatment to expect at this establishment and the lack of expertise in a very technical field. --Not to mention glaring unprofessionalism.I will be reporting this establishment to the State authority.
