The older man that did my blood draw was very rude. He told me I was wrong with my order, when I am very familiar with Occupational orders. He missed my vein placement and did not get the blood that was needed. He was very rude and the lab was dirty and did not look sanitized.
Edit: the arm that he drew from is completely bruised and I have never had a problem with that vein. Ever. How do you miss an angled big vein that you can visibly see?!

I had blood drawn today. This is always stressful for me because I have terrible veins. The man I got was not friendly from the start. That started me off feeling uneasy. When he put the needle in, he missed my vein and began to dig around looking for it with the needle. It really started to hurt and my husband told him to stop. We asked for someone else. He called another gentleman. When he walked into the room the first guy lied and told him he hit my vein but my husband asked for someone else. He was so rude. I said that’s not what happened and you were digging around in my arm with the needle hurting me. The second guy hit my vein right away. I have a terrible bruise on my arm. I will be going to Quest next time.

This place is horrible. They found every excuse in the book not to do my lab work. I went in twice to try and get it done. After being turned down twice, I visited another location and turns out every excuse they gave me as to why they couldn’t do my labs were lies. I figured they were likely trying to find a reason to leave the office early. My suspicions were confirmed after visiting another location. I also overheard them talking badly about a patient. They’re unprofessional and rude.

This place is gross and prejudice. The lab tech was not friendly and gave me a cup to pee in that was so small I was struggling to get it in the bottle. When people do drug tests they are supposed to give you a large cup but he gave me the actual tube you ship off for testing. Probably because he is lazy and racist. I only came here because my job picked it. But I will never come here again. The bathroom wasn't very clean. Then he wanted me to stick my nice purse in that dingy box, dusty box that I know they don't use. I went there a few years ago and the tech let me put my things in a cabinet. If you can avoid this place and you are any race other than Caucasian don't go here.

Just had my bloodwork done at this location. Having been diagnosed with breast cancer last year and under the care of an oncologist, I have my blood drawn every 3-4 months. Today, Gee took very good care of me. I have found this location to be very efficient and I have never had to wait, often being called back before I complete check in. I will always go to Labcorp - Tomball for my bloodwork.

I visited the site website to confirm operating hours. They close at 4:30pm. I arrive at 4pm, lights off no one to check me in, so I used the kiosk. I rang the doorbell and called, and finally someone open the door to assist, only to say they close at 3pm. I was confused, and she said they stop collecting specimens at 3... but that is nowhere in writing. It was a waste of time

Easiest, best experience I have had with bloodwork. Had an appointment at 12:45 but arrived at 12:25. Because of other reviews I saw not making it up in time from vehicle check in, I checked in as I was walking up. As soon as I made it up and sat down the gentleman called my name to take blood. Quick and efficient with the bloodwork itself. Made it out of the appointment before my actual scheduled time.
