Just wanted to give a shout out to Kroger’s staff and Starbucks employees. They have been huge since Beryl came through with no home electricity I have been able to work from here with no issues. Thanks for the much appreciated hospitality.

Beautiful store in a beautiful area. That's why I don't understand why the shopping carts are so awful. At most stores, if I find a dud, I can just move it out of the way to get a decent one. If there's a good shopping cart here, I have yet to find it.

Shame Shame, everyone knows your name. I have been shopping at Kroger for more than 20 years, because in both places I have lived in that time, Kroger was right around the corner from my house. Almost every time I go, there is something they do or have done that makes me wonder why I still shop there. Every once in a while, what they do is so bad that I have to post about it in a review. Today, they had a large display of 12 pack Dr. Pepper products with a sign, "Buy 2, get 2 FREE" (pictured). There is no price for the "Buy 2" anywhere to be found. I am there a couple of times a week and know 12 packs are running $3-$4 each on the high end. $19.98 is what Kroger charged me for the "2" Dr. Pepper 12 packs I paid for.
To whom it may concern at Kroger, because the manager of the store informed me that he has no control over this. What makes this so bad is the following:
This is not buy 2 get 2 free.
This is "Buy 4 for $19.98."
$19.98 is the most I have ever seen 4 - twelve packs priced at, and I do the shopping a couple of times a week. Not only did you jack the price up for the 2 purchased, but you jacked up the price higher than I have ever paid or would pay for 4 twelve packs. I have seen you guys do some stupid stuff, but this is blatant false advertising. I know you know it, because everywhere else, you post the total price. Shame on you.

Kroger will not pick up the grocery carts in front of my neighborhood. Spoke to assistant manager named Mike who pretty much called us liars because his carts lock up when you leave parking lot. Here are the pictures of about 7-9 carts at the entrance of my neighborhood. Not lying Mike, they are always there! I know it is not Kroger's fault but they do need to come get them. Calling people liars and hanging up on customers may not be the best way to go.

Been coming here since they opened up 10 years ago and today I was not feeling it. Love carol one of the managers etc, but today one of the cashiers was rude and didn’t even crack a smile or ask us if we needed anything…not a word from her! Irritating

Not a single employee, including the supervisor, knew what Port Wine is. Sent me to the meat department for pork, even after spelling it out P-O-R-T and telling it is a type of wine they wanted to send me to get pork rinds. No, I do not have an accent. This was my first and last visit to this store.

Will not be shopping here ever again! Worst Kroger experience ever! They did not want to honor my discount of $5 off a $50 or more purchase and unfortunately, I believe because I am black! Claiming that they cannot take a discount if it doesn't have a barcode when all they needed to do was manually apply the discount! A bunch of lies and unwillingness to assist! I should have gone to the Kroger where I usually frequent because they are alot more friendly and go out of their way for customers. The clerk told me to pay and then go to customer service for the discount. I asked for the manager and he came over to say the clerks aren't allowed to apply the discount without a barcode. The clerk said to me that he could do it BUT he still did not!! Treated me like my discount coupon wasn't valid and it was! Not shopping at this location again and will warn others not to as well. And I did not spend my money there either, I left my groceries and proceeded to my ususal Kroger store. This Kroger gave me unprofessional and unfair treatment on today, November 4, 2023.

Neatest, cleanest and most well organized store I've been to. Love the Hot Wheels section. The cashier said thank you!

Store is a sore. Something inconsistent about the milk, esp the Springdale milk. I know milk well, and somewhere along the lines of delivery, the milk is left out of refrigeration and gets to room temp, then chilled again.
