If you are disabled and on hospice unable to leave ur home you are screwed with this krogers and their on line chat customer service. These ppl refuse to fix the any problems and could careless about disabled folks. We Do not recommend. And all their bakery stuff is weeks old n taste like trash smells, today i got flour Tortillas for fathers day and they expire tomorrow way too many expired item's. They don't care. I've had too many issue's. This was like the 10th time. And it's not like I have a million bucks to shop at HEB. So I guess I'll just starve until I pass. FU KROGERS!!!!

I purchased two $100 Amazon gift cards at this store. A few days later I started to activate the cards to my Amazon account. Upon opening the packaging on the gift cards I discovered the cards had been tampered with; having the claim code on both being partially defaced, making them unreadable. Therefore, I was unable to redeem on the Amazon site.
I immediately called the number provided on the Kroger gift activation receipt to speak with Kroger customer assistance. I was told by their representative that there was NOTHING that Kroger could do, and that I must call Amazon. This is merchandise that I purchased in the Kroger store. They provided me with an Amazon service number to call. I have called Amazon three times, and on each occasion I was told that the person that I was speaking with could not remedy the situation, but would have to escalate it, and that I would be contacted in a few days. The third attempt was over three weeks ago, with not one word from Amazon.
My money was collected by Kroger, and I have not been refunded to the “damaged” goods.

I have shopped here multiple time. Finally gave up. Many times their food was spoiled. I just went last night and got a loaf of bread. Of course completely full of mold. I will not shop here anymore. I would like to add my photos but don't know how to

No problems, but they put limits on what items are available for pickup or delivery. Sometimes sale items are not available for pickup, only delivery or in store shopping.
