Google maps says they are open until 8:00 p.m. on Sundays, but turned away at the door at 6:49 p.m. attempting to do an Amazon return. Otherwise excellent location.

Kohl's is about an average place to shop. Kohl's used to be a fabulous store, however, the quality and selection is not what it used to be. Way over priced for the quality of the merchandise. The sales promotions still make it worth the trip, however, this is only time it's worth the trip.

Great Kohl standard. Well laid out but the air conditioning was nit working. So it was a bit hot and even the staff felt same but I guess they were still working on it

each time i’ve been to the tomball kohls in the past 2 months the two ac’s they have are not working and it is hotter than ever in there to the point where you can’t even shop i left before i finished shopping because of how miserably hot it is the other people that are there like the workers and other customers are just as hot as i was it is sad to see a big company like kohl’s doesn’t care that the inside of the store is just as hot as the outside and customers can not enjoy there shopping and the public bathrooms 2 of the bathrooms do not even flush

I frequent Kohl's often. The Tomball location, by far, has the best customer service. The store is always organized and clean. Even if I'm closer to another store, I wait until I can go to Tomball. The cashiers are nice, helpful, and fast. I would compare to some other locations I have also stopped in (in the Houston area); but I prefer to keep this review positive. ? Hopefully, the other locations will ask the manager of this location for advice. I pray that praises and raises come to all the employees (don't forget the janitors) at this location. Great job!!! "5⭐"

I wouldn’t go back to Kohl’s if they offered free merchandise! Horrible; i the young man worked for by me I would fire him in a second after I reemed him out about his lack of personal involvement with customers, sloppy appearance!Won’t be back!!!!!!!!!!!
