I was next door at soccer factory and happened to lock my keys in car. They were all so hospitable it helping me find a solution. We tried logging into my Lincoln app on their computer to no avail thanks to two factor authentication and my phone being in said locked car. They sent a tech out who actually managed to get car unlocked. Talk about my heroes. I will definitely be checking them out in the future for maintenance needs. The entire crew was awesome. Thanks for saving a damsel in distress!

The website is great to set up an appt. Was referred by my trusted BMW repair shop. Quick communication back from Mike at Kennedy. Thorough explanation and costs for inspection... then thorough documented report with recommendations. And fast. My 8 yr old Lexus needed a good bit and they handled it all in one day... now running great. Great folks to work with. Mike and team know Lexus/ Toyota.

Toyota had CV Axles on backorder for an unknown time frame. I heard nothing but good things about Kennedy Auto Solutions on the Houston Tundras Facebook group so I decided to give them a try. I came to them with a tight deadline so our family could go on our planned road trip since Toyota couldnt do anything for me. They exceeded my expectations! Mike and Kurt are super friendly and outgoing and pay great attention to detail. They replaced my cv axles with HD long travel ones and I had zero issues on my 5,600 mile road trip. I highly recommend taking your vehicles here for all of your needs. Their customer service is outstanding.

Went in for transmission diagnostics and received an itemized list of "other issues" which amounted to approximately an additional $2,500. The transmission diagnostics was correct, but the other issues were not necessary and we did not appreciate the unnecessary diagnostics.

Recently the power steering went out on one of our vehicles, we brought it in to Kennedy to diagnose and repair based on a recommendation from a relative. After spending time to thoroughly review the issues with the vehicle, Kennedy concluded that the car had been hit by lightning (which we later confirmed by witnesses at work)! No one else had figured that out – the folks at Kennedy spent significant effort with their own experienced electrical mechanics, contacted outside experts, and brought in specialty mechanics to assist in the diagnosis and repair. Turns out the lightning had caused extensive damage and multiple communication and control module failures. These folks never gave up – they really are auto wizards - and when we got insurance involved, they worked hard to convince the insurance company that the vehicle could be repaired and didn’t need to be totaled. The owner, Kurt, personally kept us abreast via text and calls on the progress they were making. I’ve never seen a shop with such diligent, hard-working, and ethical employees. They went WAY over and above to get this car back on the road for us, we could tell that they had a genuine care and concern that we had a safe, reliable car for our son and his young daughter. You can tell they run a top-notch business – from the great communications keeping us informed, to the amazingly clean and well-organized shop. This was our first experience with Kennedy Auto Solutions – but won’t be our last – we plan to use them on all future regular maintenance and any repairs for our vehicles!

Very knowledgeable staff that will make you feel comfortable. Inspection found more than what I knew was wrong with my vehicle. Everything was broken down for me in regards to needs fixing immediately to can wait. I was not pressured at all to fix more than what was necessary. Mike in the front even arranged for a ride home while they worked on my truck. Service like this doesn’t exist in the big box stores. Great family vibe. Will absolutely recommend to anyone needing any work on their vehicle.

Best service i’ve gotten in a long time!!! From the mechanics and staff everyone was so nice and friendly!!! :) My tire exploded and took out many fuse boxes i was afraid to go to the Mercedes Dealership because i knew it would be thousands but Kennedy Auto was able to get it done with amazing pricing !!! Will be back for any car stuff i need done!!
