Excellent service and expertise. I trust Kurt’s team to properly diagnose and repair any problem. I enjoy working with Mike and know he will resolve any concern I have. I take my new F150 here for routine services and have cut the cord on dealerships!

If you're tired of shops that create repairs to be done, that don't actually need to be done...if you're tired of bringing your car to the shop and you're getting it back with other issues...if you're tired of the shop rushing your job, so they can start on someone else's...if you bring your car to the dealer because "they know your car best," then you need to read this review.
I have a Toyota and started having issues with the engine light coming on and hard shifting. I knew there was a recall so this should have been a quick fix. I went to the following shops and received the following suggestions:
1- Lakeland Toyota in Florida = You need a new transmission. They never dropped the pan, just looked at the code which said the solenoid was bad. There was a technical services bulletin from Toyota on this but they ignored it. You can replace the solenoid but they just wanted to replace the transmission (of course they did).
2- Mom and Pops transmission shop in Houston = It could be the computer (ECU), or the transmission. You have to pick which one to try first, so if it's wrong, thats on you and not us.
3- A plus Transmission on Sheppard in Houston. Lets just say they charged me for a rebuild and didn't rebuild it and didn't fix the issue. My car got hit twice, on two different occasions while in their care and I was told it wasn't their responsibility to fix, pound sand. They also kept my car for a YEAR! I had to take them to court and won! It came back with several thousands more repairs for rotted gaskets and rubber, from sitting in the Houston heat.
4- Sterling Toyota = After a $189 diagnostic fee, they said they weren't sure what it was and if they fixed the wrong thing, that would be at my expense.
There is more to my experience with the above shops but lets just say they lack the experience, the pride in craftsmanship, and most of all INTEGRITY!
I found a discussion talking about the top shops in Houston and Kennedy's received rave reviews, especially for Toyota's and Japanese cars (though they can fix anything). Mike, the Operations Manager showed me around the shop, as he could see my experiences with the other shops had me on the cautious side. The bay area was SPOTLESS, I MEAN SPOTLESS! I worked in a repair ship in HS and have been around countless other shops and I have never seen a shop so clean, I still can't believe it! The mechanics work area was orderly and spotless with the tools laid out accordingly. They worked in a very meticulous manner and you can see they respected peoples vehicles by covering the fenders when working to prevent damage to the paint. Thanks for that Mike!
In the end, Mike assured me anything they worked on that wasn't correct, would be on them and NOT me. He was super confident in his technicians and assured me with 100% confidence, they would get me back on the road! I dropped my car off and within a week (because we waited for the part), my car was running like a champ.
The owner and some of the tech's are Toyota Master Techs. The owner has had this shop for 7 years. If you care about your car, don't want to get ripped off, please support this small family shop. Why are you wasting your time with these other shops/stealerships, support this small family shop or one day they might be gone and so will the integrity they bring to the profession and their customers! I also love their text message updates and communications regarding your service. Thank you to the owner, Mike, and the Techs, of Kennedy's Auto Solutions, for getting right what two dealers and two transmission shops couldn't! You guys have secured a new loyal customer!

So I work at another shop as a tech over an hour away and I had 2005 Toyota land cruiser that I, every tech at my shop and 3 other shops could not figure out in months to save our lives. I spoke with Kurt in the office there for a few minutes and he accurately diagnosed the issue over the phone within a few minutes of talking to him. Long story short I believe they are highly skilled and very knowledgeable. I'm extremely grateful to Kurt and his team for his knowledge, insight, and help. I would definitely recommend Kennedy auto solutions! Thank you guys so much, I was running out of hair to pull out lol.

Took our 13 year old Camry in for obvious brake problems and misc. deferred maintenance items. We got a thorough report of all the issues that needed to be addressed, all explained very clearly and professionally. We went ahead and had the obvious/safety issues taken care of. The rest of the list will be addressed soon. This is a great bunch of people who came highly recommended and definitely delivered. Friendly, professional and clearly experts in what they are doing. Communication from beginning to end was top notch. Most importantly, the brakes and steering being repaired have the old Camry driving like new(almost).

Dropped my car off with Franklin E. and could not have been happier. He explained the problem using normal terms. Gave me a quote ALOT cheaper then a few other places and even fixed something we didn't talk about. ABOVE AND BEYOND. Very satisfied customer.

Mike was so helpful in keeping me informed in what needs to happen to my car and provided pictures and recommendations for what needs to be repaired. Very professional and very knowledgeable. No one likes car trouble, and it never ceases to be so expensive but these guys really made it clear that they understand that and only want to help.

Took my Tundra in for secondary air system. They are very knowledgeable in toyota, especially the Tundra. They are very transparent and up front about everything. From cost to the repair process they will make you feel very safe with what ever process or choice you choose. Got me a new Mechanic. Highly Recommend.

We recently discovered this gem of a shop. They exceeded all my expectations. They were so thorough and kind. I brought my vehicle in for an oil leak and instead of potentially charging me twice for the same part like other companies might they came up with a long-term solution. They took time to research and worked with me to test various options prior to the repair. I knew the worst case scenario cost and the end result WA’s the final repair was less than I planned. They are fabulous at communicating progress and lightning quick at getting back to me when I asked questions. I mostly dealt with Mile but the entire team deserves a bravo!

Abosulty love and trust Kenney auto. Hannah, the owner, is very sweet. The turnaround is amazing. I never had to wait more than a day or two for the car to be done even on a turbo replacement. They are honest about what is necessary and needed right away. And added bonus able to do financing helps so much in this harsh economy. Definitely will always go back when something else needs to be done.

My husband and I are extremely happy as first time customers! Mike is very courteous and communicative thought the process. The prices are fair and having financing options is a great option to have for more expensive work. We will definitely continue working on our 2005 F150 with Kennedy.
