I had went there during Halloween time and me, cousin and my sister was looking for outfits. Since we walked in old lady had greet us said hello may I help you? We said no and we kept trying find something. I had found bottom piece and said like 14 something on it and it a had sticker of the price. One put it on counter top and when I try to buy it she took the sticker off when I left to help my cousin and try to tell me that it was 20 something and your total 70 something together and I was like no I'm not paying for the bottom piece i just get the rest of the stuff. How did the the sticker just disappeared? and you over charge me and never gave me a receipt. Once I try to leave and my cousin and my sister behind me she locked the door on us. Is that even normal to look door? If we paid? I feel like we was discriminate because we was mixed and we didn't even have a purse or anything just our wallet.

I wish I had looked at the reviews before walking into this store. All the other negative reviews are absolutely true. The products are old and most of them already opened. I attached a picture of the box I purchased and it is from **2011**… wow.$20 for a non functioning toy - this alone speaks to the outrageous pricing of all the items in the store.I knew, the moment I returned to the store and they told me to email about a return, that I wasn’t getting my money back.

Open sign on, doors locked ring the bell multiple time no response called the business no one answers the fon. Went back to store later was greeted by a really nice lady who knew her stuff and helped me make great selection I took her advice since she's been around longer than I've been alive and now I'll see how this works.

Came in here with me and my boyfriend's and the lady was rude right away. And the store has a bad environment. Just has a negative vibe. She was not happy. Seamed like she did not want to be there. I don't even know the lady that was working at this time but me and another looked around and just left. Because I felt like we should not be there will NOT return to this store

Me and my boyfriend (Spike), have shopped the Tomball location several times. We have always turned to Heather for advise. As well as, April and Taylor. Between them, Heathers knowledge was like an encyclopedia! She always answered and solved questions from both of us. I stopped by the store yesterday and to my dismay, none of them were working. I was told that they were no longer there. Not sure where they went, but please let me know so we can continue using her advice in the future. Thank you

On 10/22/22 at 5:33pm (the time on the receipt is incorrect) my husband and I visited this store. There were two young women working at the store at the time. They were not very friendly. One women, a tall women dressed in a sorceress costume, was condescending at times. We were not greeted when we entered the store but I was immediately told to put my bag in the locker which I thought was odd. My husband asked her the same question about a product and she ignored him 3 times. It got so bad that I had to tell her to answer his question. They had a lot of knowledge about products but they weren't personable and I didn't feel comfortable talking to them.My husband, being the kind soul that he is, even tipped them--they didn't even bother to say "Thank you." During checkout, I wasn't thanked for my business. I got the impression that my business was unappreciated and that I was bothering them.

Bought something that turned out to be broken, store refuses to help.Edit: Talked directly to the manager instead of a normal employee and she was able to help resolve everything. Very happy with the results and glad I was taken care of
