Dennis Zastrow (area mngr) at the Tomball Tx office was the best representative I’ve worked with , hands down! He truly went out of his way to assist me in the filing and advance process beyond what was expected. He was polite, patient and kind to myself and my children when we visited the office. He called to follow up with me as well as made calls on my behalf to be sure I received the best quality service.
