Horrible Experience paid over 400 dollars To get my taxes done the right way, just to have the peace of mind that my taxes were filed right..And their insurance coverage that they would handle any problems that may arise..Well unfortunately I received an overdue Balance from the IRS even though the payment was proceeded the same day we filed our taxes..We been trying to get help from this office for the issue at hand but we kept getting the run around..they don't seem to know how to handle the situation at all or don't want to.

Absolutely the worst tax ever. No body knew what they were doing and always wanted ‘reschedule’ the appointment. They issued $30 when their socalled tax professionals could even figure their own system. They were rude to every single customer that walked in.
