Why throw away donations, as a VHS collector being told y'all trash VHS and items alike is sad.

Well organized I’ll give them that, but none of that matters when almost everything is double the price of what it should be lol blankets priced at $30 used t-shirts $7 old pic frames or wall art $10…..you can get stuff brand new for these prices it’s not worth the trip! They get this stuff for free!!! It’s donated!! Better off going to TJ-max!! This is why I go thrifting in small towns $3 t-shirts $5 blankets $2 picture frames.

Drove in about 25 miles to this Goodwill as the first Goodwill I drove to in Cypress was..."full." First for me on that one, but I understood.
Tomball
People in the store were nice as I asked where to donate. Next door ok. I had an antique table to drop off and they would not take it. I have never heard of the concept of the Goodwill not accepting anything. Sighting it was a little rough on top and dinged up....please sell it for $10. Someone is bound to take it. Anywho I did not know Goodwill will was all about the sale ability on items. If they don't like it or cannot sell it throw it away. Not at this one. They are charity, but only bring your best stuff...lame. (This was my interpretation) Charity-wise they could have helped me and just taken it, instead of me wasting gas.
Long story longer drove to the Louetta Goodwill and they gladly took it proving my point about the Tomball Goodwill. Please do better.
Honestly I think the dude was just lazy and didn't want to lift it. As stupid as that sounds I prefer to know that than the latter (un-charitable just bc).

Me and wife use to go everyday but they got new employees that buy all the name brand bags and jewlery and stuff for them selfs.the only reason I know that is they couldn't have said it louder while I was in the first isle looking at shoes while the three employees where laughing about it ..it upset me and I left instantly cause they have been putting out broken knick knacks and stuff that belongs in the trash...also over pricing.

I have been taking my donations here for over 25 years. I'm really sad to see such negative reviews about the markups, ESPECIALLY the ones where the prices were changed AT THE REGISTER! ?
When I donate things, I do so hoping that they can make a difference the lives of those on a budget, or in need.
I AM NOT MAKING A DIFFERENCE BY giving you items for free, so that you turn around and charge people an arm and a leg for them.

This store was one of the worst I’ve ever been in! The prices are ridiculous, it smells of cheap items and it seems the managers care less about their customer service by the way they speak to their employees. I will not be back EVER!!!!

I am okay with the store, tho I agree, prices are a little high. My complaint is with one of the kids who accepts donations, he is constantly saying y'all don't items even though in good condition. I go to other goodwill with those items and ask specifically and am told they accept

Terrible customer service, on 1/9 around 4:25 pm, employee cursed at me as he was taking a chair to the floor. I asked him why he was cursing and he tried to have me removed from the store. I informed the manager and she just sent him to back. He balled up his fist and flexed as he stomped off to the back.

This goodwill price gouges. Everything was expensive for what it was. An item that should cost 2 dollars is 7. Something that should cost 7 costs 15. They are also selling lots of dirty shoes and clothes. They are selling garments that’s VISIBLY belong in the garbage heap. Also some limping woman that worked there was organizing and cussing up a storm. I thought she was homeless until I realized she was an employee. But yeah wayyy wayyy too expensive for used junk. Greedy store.

This overall for goodwill, not the location. Or maybe it is just this location but the prices are RIDICULOUS!! How y’all gonna charge a Walmart jacket that’s beat up $19.00? Brand new it’s about $23.99! These are donations you’re reselling!

Clean and very nice staff. We just recently moved to tomball. I have been able to find a few things to fill my home and I'm happy to see that there is a Goodwill that's clean and the stuff is great.

A few years ago I used to go crazy buying things at this Goodwill location. I try to exercise more self control these days and learning to be happy without just spending money needlessly. There are bargains to be found here, just part of the game. 4 stars because some things seem slightly overpriced but that is my opinion.
