This is probably the worst experience I have ever had at a nail salon. I went in for a pedicure and needed to have the shellac removed from my toenails. The technician drilled off the paint and cut my cuticles on multiple toes, was jamming the cuticle pusher up way too hard, and ignored me when I said it hurt. Also he did not trim or file my nails. Now they are all so jagged!! Then when he was "massaging" my feet he was just jamming his thumps into my arches. I literally pulled away from him multiple times and told him it hurts. He never apologized!! That was the first time I have ever not tipped a nail tech. So beware. If you go here DO NOT let the male tech touch your nails.

I went to this nail salon very late in the evening at 6:35. I met Ivy. She told me no problem. I do your nails for you. Ivy did an excellent outstanding job. I want it ombre and my nails are absolutely beautiful. They don’t look real they are so perfect. Ivy did a great job and this was my first time coming to the salon. I will come back again because she is so good and professional, everyone come by and make sure you see Ivy she is outstanding !!

I have only been going here for 3 months BUT they are amazing! Very attentive and quality work! I usually do a plain manicure and pedicu
re with shellac. My second time there was my anniversary so I decided to get tips. I wish I had a picture, that was Dec. 8th, here we are 1 month and a week later on Jan 19th and they are still on strong!! On new years eve I did clip them and put a glitter coat over them but that's it! Today I went Iin to get all redone and raved to them, I have gone every place in tomball and this is the best quality for the best price over anywhere in tomball! I would give 10 stars if it would let me, and I'm very picky!!! Oh! I almost forgot, she does recommend every two weeks but with Christmas and NYE time was not on my side and she does warranty and say if they ship or break within two weeks to come back and she will fix for free! Iv NEVER had to wait either which is nice!

I was a walk-in today because I had just done my own nails this morning, but they got smudged when putting my toddlers into their carseats. I was driving somewhere else and happened to see Galaxy Nails was open on a Sunday and I thought, "you deserve a nice manicure, go get one"...I walked out with something that looks much worse than I walked in with. The woman was very sweet, but my polish is incredibly uneven, lumpy, and so thick in some places that it's still not dry over an hour later. She even had to redo 3 nails before I left because the tips were so thick and not dry that they got messed up when I went to pay. More polish was unevenly globbed on top, and my thumb cuticle was nicked so bad that it bled for a long time. I'm understandably frustrated and mad at myself for not bringing up my concerns and asking it to be taken care of while I was still there. I was just so frustrated and wanted to get out of there. I post this for anyone who, like me, struggles with conflict and saw other not great manicure pictures on this yelp page and thinks "surely that won't happen to me" because that's honestly what I thought. It was a Sunday afternoon, I was the only customer, and I thought surely I'd get the time and attention worthy of a decent manicure. Instead, I ended up with something worse and more sloppy than I've ever done myself.

My teen daughter showed up at 10:20a and was told there was no wait. They started her pedicure immediately & finished her pedicure in 20 minutes like expected. It’s been almost 2 hours of her waiting and they still haven’t started her nails. Sadly it’s for her homecoming and she’s now out of time to go elsewhere. Ridiculous! Will never be back!

about the third time been to Galaxy Nails for pedicure. Staff is friendly and service is quick always have appt but I believe they take walk-ins if openings. I get just basic and it looks goodn and lasts most of the summer.Service: Pedicure

I went last week for a pedicure and manicure. They cut my foot and it still hurts. It wasn't that great of a place. I wouldn't recommend or go back.

Galaxy Nail and Spa is definitely one of the best salon that i have ever been to! The workers are super friendly and always in a positive mood, which i love so much about them. The place is very sanitized and the environment of the salon feels super comfortable and relaxing. Everything about the salon is amazing. The customer service is always on point! If you are ever looking for a salon to go to for the rest of your life, this definitely has to be the one! ☺️

Called ahead to book an appointment. The person who answered & the one who did my nails were very nice. There were many cute stickers to choose from for my nails! She showed me these ones which glow in the dark. Very nice atmosphere & very clean. 10/10 would recommend! ?

Everyone here is so nice, welcoming and professional. They always do such a wonderful job with your nails. This is my favorite nail salon in Tomball to get my nails done!!

I went in this afternoon around 5:20, and the ladies were so kind as soon as i walked in. I got a full set and pedi, very reasonably priced. I will definitely be back! Also, it wasn't crowded!
