I drove in from out of town to see a truck listed on it website at a certain price. When the first purchase order was placed in front of me to review the numbers the math looked wrong and when I told the salesman he said I wasn't looking at it right. I took a picture of it and called my mom for advice and she and my dad agreed with me that the math didn't look right. After calling my mom the salesman made a comment of something to effect that calling my mom for advice was the wrong thing to do and I replied that one day she may not be there so I'm very lucky to be able to call her (I have friends with deceased parents who wish they could call a mom or dad for advice). The salesman then took the purchase order to the sales manager and brought a second purchase order to me. The price of the truck on the second purchase now changed from what was listed on its website to over $35k. At the same time, the dealership was telling me that I was underwater on my car by around $5k and that it could play with the numbers to get me to the monthly payment I wanted. I told the salesman that I did not want to take a loss on my car and that he had my cell number if some time later the dealership decided it wanted to offer me payoff. The salesman told me to wait and that he would try to work for me to get the sales manager to come up on my trade. The salesman then disappeared and the sales manager came out to the desk. The sale manger pulled out paperwork with data showing statistics of how long other cars of the same make and model as mine have stayed on dealer lots, what they are selling for, and another print out of what Carmax would offer me for my car. I wasn't budging on taking less for my car and had driven a long way to see this truck and the sales manager wasn't budging either so I told the sales manager the same thing I told the salesman that if at a later time the dealership wanted to offer me payoff on my trade to call me and I asked for the key to my car. When I was leaving, the sales manager customer service was non existent. He gave me a third purchase order with different numbers, told me if I find a dealer willing to give me payoff that I should run on that deal, and literally pointed me to exit doors and told me that my car was parked outside those doors. When I exited, I didn't see my car and ended up having to walk around the dealers parking lot looking for my car. I finally found it. It was at the very end of the car lot the sales manager had pointed me to behind a big truck that blocked my view of it. I have never been treated like this before as a customer and hope no one else has to experience what I did.

We went in to look for a vehicle for my son. We ended up with 2 brand new cars, a 2024 Altima and a 2024 Pathfinder. After getting my son situated with his purchase, I began a conversation with the new car manager, Syed. After briefly telling him about my situation (I had given up how to get out of the vehicle I owned), he immediately had a few options for me. Long story short, my son drove his car home Saturday and Monday I went back for mine. The Pathfinder was a perfect fit for my needs and the service and customer care I received was second to none. Star Norris at Fred Haas is a fantastic saleswoman! She is not pushy; she is kind, soft-spoken, and always smiling. She is an asset to Fred Haas Nissan and the car sales industry. Car buying has changed so much in the last five years, but I'm thankful dealerships are willing to work with customers and earn their business.I would recommend Star to anyone looking for a vehicle. Fred Haas has excellent quality used cars, as mine was immaculately clean, and they took the time (and expense) to fix items before putting it on the lot.

If I could give the Fred Haas Team 10 stars I would. They were absolutely amazing and really helped me get my dream vehicle. I’m truly on cloud 9!!! Frank was the best salesman I have ever worked with and he has an amazing finance team behind him. Daniel and frank were absolutely amazing with making sure I got the best deal on my car and worked tirelessly to help me. I Would recommend anyone and everyone to come to this dealership. You will also leave with a lot of knowledge that you won’t get other places. Fred Haas has earned a customer for life!!!

Great customer service, I didn't feel rushed or pressured and everyone had a genuine attitude of putting the customer first. Christian showed me multiple cars, gave me honest feedback and made sure I was comfortable with my choice and financing options. I love my new car!!

Although I am happy with my car after I purchased it there has been no assistance correcting their mistake on a firm they fill out incorrectly I have had a terrible experience with the financing mistake set up at Fred haas Nissan. They mistakenly put my husband's social security number with my name. This was is June it is now November. Reached out for help but never follow through. I have wasted hours and hours on the phone with as office and Nissan corporation and am very frustrated

I was helping my daughter look for her first car. We went to over a dozen dealerships and didn't care much for any of them. When we stepped onto Fred Haas Nissan we met Linden Collins and we couldn't have been happier. He worked with us over the course of a couple of weeks to find the right car for her. He texted me one night and said he had a great Nissan Sentra that he just got in and we set up a time to come see it the next day. When we arrived he was tied up with another customer and placed us with Jessie Norris. This was another wonderful salesman that helped us purchase that car the same day. The sales people at Fred Haas Nissan are patient and not pushy. They will work with your budget and if they don't have what you are looking for they won't try to sell you something you don't want. It was a great experience and I will think of them first the next time I need a car for myself. Thank you Linden and Jessie!

My sales associate Jamal was amazing. He reached out to me and I explained how I would get approved then once I get there they would change what they say. I scheduled my appointment later that week. When I pulled up he was already waiting outside for me. We talked about exactly what car I wanted. I did my application he asked me if I would like a black car then showed me. The entire experience was great. If not for delays on my side I would’ve been in and out within the hour. He promised he would have me driving out the same day and he did exactly that. Best car buying experience yet!

I had a great experience working with Linden. He was very patient and accommodating. The entire sales team was very pleasant to be with and never made me feel uncomfortable during all phases of the purchase. I will definately recommend Fred Haas Nissan and Linden from sales.

I have had several not-so-great experiences with the service department over the years, but my most recent visit will be my last.I had come in for an oil change and a leak was discovered in my differential. I made an appointment at that time for the following Tuesday and the service advisor (Don) was supposed to reserve the part since it was in stock. I brought it in Tuesday as planned with an expected pick up on Wednesday. I received a call at the end of the day on Wednesday and was told that they were still waiting on the part and that it wouldn't be completed until the following day. He had no answer for me when I said that the part was in stock when I scheduled and that it was supposed to be reserved for me.Not only did I not receive the service that I scheduled, Don also tried to give me a higher price than what I was originally quoted via text. He made poor excuses for his pricing and acted like he was doing me a favor by reducing it to the previous quoted price.I decided to just go pick up my truck since it hadn’t even been touched yet, and at this point I didn’t feel like I could trust anything I was hearing. I was never given an apology for wasting my time with the scheduled service that never happened, or any attempt to make things better. I have taken my Titan in to Fred Haas for every single service it has had for the past 5-1/2 years, but this total lack of unprofessionalism has made me decide to never come back for service or sales.

The last 3 times I have brought my vehicle in for service, I had Aldo as my service advisor! He is a really great guy who walks you through each & every step with your vehicle & makes sure you are taken care of. Even when one time I didn't have him, he recognized me/my car & still came over to say Hi & see how my vehicle was doing since the last visit.

My experience was as expected for a car dealership. The salesman, Frank, provided a vehicle for me to test drive and I purchased that same vehicle. I only wish I was given the opportunity to pick my own vehicle and not just the one allowed to me. All and all, I wouldn't have been happier with another salesman and I'm glad I did work with Frank. I have referred another family member to him and will continue to refer him to family and friends.

I had a surprisingly easy experience purchasing my son’s first vehicle at Fred Haas Nissan in Tomball.They had the truck we wanted on their website. The listed price was fair, but I called and spoke to to Irma who confirmed that there were no hidden fees and dealer installed price inflators.Once we arrived to the dealership the vehicle was ready for the test drive. We loved it and less than an hour later all of the paperwork was done, including the “no pushy up-sale” session with at the business/finance.When purchasing a vehicle, that was as easy and pain-fee as it could be. I highly recommend Fred Haas Nissan and Irma for your next car purchase.
