Called at 10am on Monday, confirmed the car I found online was available and ready to go, spoke to an Abbey Paz who connected me with a Miss Star, arrived less than 45 minutes after the call. Some how the car had already been sold. Neither one of them checked to confirm availability. Very disappointed. This is the second of Fred Hass dealerships I’ve had issues with the other being Fred Haas Toyota. Just a bunch of time wasters. Over promise and deliver literally nothing.
Edit: I just put in an online request using a different name, and abbey has called and now a gentleman saying that the fiat 500 which was supposedly already had a deposit on it Monday is still available and “I can totally come by a see it, it’s such a nice car” not sure what the truth is but just want people to know….::

My Chevy Colorado had some problems I call for a tow had problems with AAA very confusing my truck the process. Make sure to ask plenty of questions over and over when you are dealing with AAA also record everything.Thanks to Laura at Nissan Tomball my truck is fixed and I am driving again!

Honestly very frustrated I did the work for them. Got my own financing came with cash and cashier's check yet still spent 4 hrs waiting. Including waiting after they got paid for an hr for a second key to be programmed. I really thought doing all the work would expedite this process but nope. And the service department gives no fks they laugh at customer frustration. On top of all this they delivered the wrong f'n car. Car I bought less than 14k miles the car they tried to deliver me had 40k. You really can't make this ish up. You just can't. To top it off the vehicle I just got they didn't fill up fluids 0 windshield wiper fluid, engine coolant low, I guess I need to check to see if the oil levels are good. Exactly what you expect buying a car from a dealership... the fun never ends. On top of all this the tires were bad on the car and before I even make the 1st payment I'm out 1000 bucks replacing tires on a vehicle purchased in the last 30 days. Like you can't make this up. Not sure how these folks are the top reviewed nissan dealer in the area I guess than means the others are complete trash
Never recommending this place. I honestly want to call my bank and cancel the cashier's check

Raj was excellent! I came in to Fred Haas Nissan to have my 2019 Murano SL serviced; and I'm leaving in a 2024 Murano Platinum. Didn't plan on doing this today; however, everything happens for a reason.
Meeting Raj was the best experience I've had in purchasing a car. He provided excellent customer service, and took his time not like a lot of sales people trying to hurry through and get to the next deal!
